In accordance with the relevant laws, regulations, such as the Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations and Rules of the State of the Republic of China, which were adopted at the 3rd ordinary meeting of the provincial government on 25 March 2003, it was decided to repeal 10 administrative regulations, such as the Gang Province Zion Taxation scheme. The list of regulations and notes to be abolished will be made available as follows:
