Article 1 provides for the development of this provision in line with regulations such as the Urban Towns and Sanitation Management Regulations, the Modalities for the Care and Sanitation of the Urban Region, in order to strengthen the management of urban square kilometres, the maintenance of the urban square brackets and the maintenance of environmental integrity and the well-being of the urban-rural facilities.
Article 2 refers to urban squares that are greened, simulated, public facilities are synonymous and sizeable for the communes to stand for, recreation, and the open places of appreciation.

Article 13

Article 18 violates the provisions of article 9, paragraphs 1, 3, 4, and 10, article 11, paragraph 1, and 3 of this approach, and is subject to penalties by the executive organs of the municipal authorities that are relatively concentrated in administrative penalties, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Southern Innin City.
Article 19
