In order to regulate the guided tour activities, to guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of tourists and practitioners and to promote the health development of the tourism industry, and to develop this approach in line with the laws, regulations and regulations of the State Department's Guiders' Management Regulations.
The second article shall be subject to this approach by guided tours who are operating in the administrative areas of the city.

Article IV. The municipal tourism administration is responsible for the management of guided personnel within the present administration.

Article 7. When the safety of the tourists is compromised, the guided tours should take effective rescue measures and report to the team's travel agencies or sites (points) units in a timely manner.
Article 9. The following acts are prohibited when guided tours operate:
(i) Sickness;
(ii) The sale of goods to tourists or the purchase of tourists;
(iii) In addition to contractual agreements and without the consent of the tourist;
(iv) Deceive, coerctive tourist consumption or coercing with operators to deceure and coerce tourist consumption;
(v) Other acts prohibited by law, regulations and regulations.
Article 10. The dignity of the person shall be respected in the course of the operation of the guided tours, and its physical integrity is not violated. In one of the following cases, guided tourers have the right to refuse:
(i) The requirement to humiliate its human dignity;
(ii) In violation of its unreasonable requirements for ethics;
(iii) Requirements incompatible with our national customs practices;
(iv) Other acts prohibited by law, regulations and regulations.
Article 11. Travel agencies or guided services companies, sites (points) units shall guarantee the basic income of the full-time guided tourers and pay social security costs in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State and the provinces, municipalities; and pay reasonable remuneration for part-time practitioners in accordance with their labour.
The travel agency or the guided service company, the location area (point) units shall pay personal accident insurance for the subscribers or registered.
Article 12
Tours with more than a certain score within a cycle, the tourism administration informs its participants in educational training organized by the Tour Association. Article 14.
