(Adopted by the 15th Standing Committee of the People's Government of Chilin Province on 30 April 2004 No. 161 of the People's Government Order No. 161 of 24 May 2004 (Act of 1 August 2004)
In order to follow up on the implementation of the administrative licence law, the Government of the province has decided to amend the Zinlin Province's Pattern of Livestock by facilitating administrative licences by citizens, legal persons and other organizations, in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Accreditation Act concerning the need to have licensed executive organs, conditions, procedures and deadlines.
Article 12, paragraph 1, of the Act on the Management of Avian Livestock in the Province of Glinland, states that: “Acultaneous dying plants (grounds) test of qualified livestock products for meat quality should be accompanied by a test of eligible tests and a product test. Acquisition of non-qualified livestock products should be processed under the supervision of the physical quality test personnel under the relevant national provisions. No plants (grounds) are permitted without physical quality tests or by physical quality tests. Amendments were made to the following: “Acultry creativity plants (grounds) tests of qualified livestock products for meat quality should be accompanied by an examination of eligible pre-quals and a product test certificate. Acquisition of non-qualified livestock products should be processed under the supervision of the physical quality test personnel under the relevant national provisions. No plants (grounds) are permitted without physical quality tests or by physical quality tests.
This decision has been implemented effective 1 August 2004.
The Zenin Province's Avian Zervicing Management Approach has been replicated in accordance with this decision.
