(Adopted at the 44th ordinary meeting of the Government of the Grand province, held on 18 June 2004, by Decree No. 17 of 25 June 2004 of the People's Government of the Southern Province, which was published as effective 1 August 2004)

Article 1, in order to maintain a safe production order for farmers and to guarantee the safety of the life of the people, sets this provision in line with the relevant national laws, regulations and regulations.

Article 6 Drivers, operators have one of the following acts, with a warning or a fine of US$ 10:

Article 8 Drivers, operators have one of the following acts, which are punishable by a warning or a fine of up to $30, and may be subject to a licence or operational certificate of a second to three months:

Article 10 Drivers, operators have one of the following acts, with a warning or a fine of up to $50, and may be subject to a licence or operational certificate of four to six months:

(iii) To carry out a separate drive for agricultural machinery by researchers, operators;

Article 11 Drivers, operators have one of the following acts, with a warning or a fine of up to US$ 100, which may and shall revoke the driver's or operational certificate:

Article 12 Drivers may extend the interns until the write-off of the driver's certificate, subject to specific circumstances.
Article 13.

Article 14.

Article 16

Article 18
