In order to strengthen the management of fire-fighting facilities and to prevent and reduce fire hazards, this provision is based on the National People's Republic of China Fire Act, the River Southern Province Fire Regulations, which are actually developed in the province.
Article 2 refers to the construction fire facility described in the present article to be used in the buildings in accordance with national fire laws, regulations and technical standards for fire safety alerts, fire relief, safe evacuation, fire separation, anti-smoking and anti-smoking.
