Article 1 ensures the quality of map management, regulates the market order of maps, preserves the sovereignty, security and interests of the State, and establishes this approach in line with the People's Republic of China Mapping Act and the relevant laws, regulations and regulations.
Article 2 uses this approach in the administration of the self-government area for the preparation, publication, printing, display, loading, production of maps.

Article 4
The relevant departments, such as press publication, civil affairs, business, education, external affairs, customs, are responsible for the management of maps in accordance with their respective responsibilities.
Article 5 Governments at all levels should strengthen the management of maps and adopt effective forms of national mapping awareness-raising, universal access to map knowledge and increase the awareness of citizens in their national maps.
Article 6. The preparation of the publication map shall be subject to the provisions relating to confidentiality laws, regulations and regulations. The map of public displays and denunciations shall not indicate State secrets and internal matters.
Confidential maps and internal maps shall not be published, issued or displayed in any form.

Article 9 maps the national boundaries of the People's Republic of China, the historical boundaries of China, the national boundaries of the world, and the provincial, autonomous areas, municipalities of direct jurisdiction, self-government, municipalities (territorial), districts (markets), self-governing district administrative boundaries, which should be presented by standard maps or standard cartographic laws approved by the State.
The territorial boundaries of the self-government area (communes) should be mapped and should be expressed in accordance with the standard maps approved by the Government of the self-government.
Article 10 maps of intent should be mapped in accordance with map maps issued by administrative authorities in national or autonomous areas.
Article 11 publishes or prints, displays, loads, produces maps of unpublished national boundaries and administrative regional boundaries, and shall be delivered to the self-government district to map administrative authorities or to the state, city (land) mapping authorities entrusted to them.
Article 12 Transmission units or individuals shall submit the following corresponding material in accordance with the type of delivery map:
(i) Applications for map clearance (statements);
(ii) Two pilot maps ( samples);
(iii) Electronic maps should also be sent to the corresponding paper-based maps, in addition to copies of soft or CD-ROMs;
(iv) A copy of the mapping certificates for map units;
(v) The preparation of the bottom-up information material used in the model (in relation to the right to work of others, the author consents to the use of the agreement).
The map of public publication (without indicative maps), which should be submitted to the press for the publication of the maps approved by the administrative authorities or the publication of a single map; the delivery of the primary school teaching map and the submission of relevant documentation for the preparation of the material approved by the educational authorities in the autonomous area; the delivery of the thematic map and the submission of the documents for the review of the professional content of the administrative authorities.

Article 13. The mapping authority responsible for the review shall make written decisions within 20 working days of the date of receipt of the request. The number of copies (sets) or one of the pre-trial maps is too high, and it is difficult to complete the process of clearance within the prescribed time period, with the approval of the heads of mapping authorities, which may extend 10 working days and inform the delivery units or individuals in writing.
Article 14. The mapping authorities responsible for the review of the publication, printing, display, loading, production of maps should be compiled and made available to society.
Any changes in the number or content of the maps approved by the review should be reprinted in accordance with the original review process.
No unit or person shall be transferred, rented, borrowed, forged and stolen by maps.
Article 15 publishes, print, displays, loads and produces maps, which should be set out in figure 1.
Article 16 does not publish advertisements and other elements that are not relevant to maps, teaching maps, confidential maps, internal maps.
In other maps, advertisements may not cover the base geographical elements of the map, and must not be consigned with key names, such as floating State organs, schools, hospitals, public facilities, etc.; the advertisement should not exceed one quarter of the maps.
Article 17, in violation of this approach, provides that one of the following acts may be fined by the Government of the People at the district level for the purpose of charging the authorities, which may be subject to more than 1,000 dollars:
(i) The delivery of a trial unit or a personal misleading, forfeiture of the application material and obtain the approval of the map;
(ii) Transfer, rent, borrower, forgery, and theft of maps.
Article 18, in violation of this approach, provides that one of the following acts is converted by the Mapping Authority of the People's Government at the district level, which is punishable by a fine of 500,000 dollars:
(i) Any changes in the number or content of the approved map, which have not been communicated to the original review process;
(ii) The publication, printing, display, loading and production maps do not contain the trial map.
Article 19, in violation of the present approach, provides that advertisements cover the geographical elements of the base map, crowds, depression of State organs, schools, hospitals, public facilities, or advertisements over a quarter of the map-ends, are converted by the authorities of more than 1,000 people at the district level and that all maps are collected and are subject to a fine of more than 1,000 dollars.
Article 20, in violation of this approach, provides for the publication, printing, display, loading, production of maps that discloses State secret and internal matters, endangers the sovereignty and security of the State, undermines the interests of the State by mapping authorities for the cessation of the offence, collects all maps and fines of over 5,000 yen; imposes administrative penalties for competent and other direct responsible personnel with direct responsibility; and acts of criminal responsibility.
Article 21, mapping authorities and other administrative authorities staff abuse their functions in the management of maps, play negligence, provocative fraud, are subject to administrative disposition by their units or the relevant authorities; constitutes an offence punishable by law.
