Article 1 promotes the development of the cause of education, in line with the Education Act of the People's Republic of China and the relevant laws, regulations and regulations.
Article 2 refers to the educational supervision, inspection, guidance and assessment activities carried out by the Government of the above-ranking people in the region, in accordance with the law.
Article 3 Educational supervisory bodies are the specialized agencies of the same-level people's government in the exercise of the educational supervisory function, which is responsible for educational supervision in the current administrative region and is guided by the operational guidance of the parent educational institution.
Article IV. The Government of the people at the district level should establish a body of excellence in education and be equipped with educational supervisors that are responsive to the educational leadership's mandate to guarantee office conditions and supervisory funding.
Article 5 Education sensitisation, supervision and supervision of all types of schools and other educational institutions at the secondary and secondary levels, as well as the quality of education, are provided to the relevant departments of the current people's Government, the Government of the lower-level people and its relevant departments.
Article 6 Education is governed by law and upholds the principle of integrity and objectivity.
Article 7. Main tasks of the educational institutions:
(i) Integrate planning, organization of the implementation of education-led work, and develop implementation programmes and regulations for education and evaluation;

(v) Examination, inspection, guidance and assessment of universal access to education and eradication of illiteracy;
(vi) Guidance and assessment for the advancement of educational reform and the full implementation of quality education;
(vii) The organization of major educational inspections, assessment exercises with the peer education administration;
(viii) Organizing the training of educational supervisors and the conduct of scientific research leading to education;
(ix) Other matters to be carried out by the Government of the people at this level and by the parent education supervisor.
Article 8 Educational supervisory institutions carry out education-led work in accordance with the following provisions:
(i) To guide the self-assessment by the supervisory unit and to write the self-assessment report;
(ii) To conduct inspections or assessments of the supervisory units and to make recommendations and recommendations of the supervisory bodies;
(iii) To send a written supervisory conclusion to the supervisory unit, to make recommendations and recommendations and to inform the Government of the same-level people and the secondary education supervisory body of the results.
Article 9. The supervisory units shall be self-considered at the request of the educational supervisory body, report on self-identification, provide real information and information on matters related to the conduct of education.

Article 12
(i) Examine the implementation of national legislation, regulations, regulations and regulations by the supervisory units;

Article 14.

The evasion of teaching is determined by the heads of educational institutions; the evasion of other educational supervisors is determined by educational institutions.
Article 16 should be reported in writing to the educational institutions within 30 days of the receipt of the supervisory conclusions. (ii) Instruction in private fraud, misappropriation, affecting the fairness of the educational supervisory findings;

(v) Other serious implications for the work of education.
Article 19 is one of the following cases in which the supervisory units and the persons concerned are not yet guilty of crimes, which is redirected or criticized by the educational supervisory body; and, in serious circumstances, it is recommended that the relevant departments be treated in accordance with the law:
(i) Interventions in the exercise of their duties under the law of educators;
(ii) To refuse to provide relevant documentation, information and reporting to educational institutions;
(iii) Disadvantages, deception of educational institutions and educational inspectors;
(iv) To reject or refrain from adopting corrective measures against the supervisory observations and recommendations;
(v) To prevent other persons from engaging in educational institutions or in teaching, and to combat reprisals against those who reflect the situation;
(vi) Other practices that hinder the educational supervision.
