Article 5 The public security sector should determine the types of pyrotechnical products permitted to operate and recycl, in accordance with the principles of environmental protection, safety and safety, in the context of national standards C, D of the quality of cigarette safety, in accordance with the principles of environmental protection, safety and security, and publicize them.
