In order to regulate public security border management, maintain border stability and peace, this approach is based on the relevant legislation, legislation and regulations.
Article II units and individuals involved in the border management area of this self-government shall be subject to this approach.
Border management of coastal vessels is applicable.
Article III refers to the border management area referred to in this approach to the region where the self-government zone is conducting border inspections along the boundaries of the State. Specifically, the Government of the people of the autonomous region needs to be delineated and adjusted in accordance with border management.
Article IV. Public security border management upholds the principle of border stabilization and stability, promotes trade, tourism, foreign economic cooperation and facilitates the production of life by the foreign population.
Article 5 of the Public Security Border Sector is responsible for administrative law enforcement, such as border inspection, access to border management zones, and security management of border coastal territories.
The security sector in the self-government area is responsible for the management of the security border throughout the region.
The public security border sector is responsible for public security border management in the current administrative area in the municipalities, districts (markets, zones).
Article 6. The public security border sector conducts border inspections by law against persons entering and entering the border management area and their luxury, transport instruments and cargo delivered.

Article 12. Large vessels in coastal areas may be established to assist the public security border authorities in the management of ships.
