Article 5 The overall bubling of cigarettes in the area of the city is planned by the Urban Security Production Monitoring Authority, which is prepared with the municipal public security authorities, to be carried out after the approval of the Government of the city. In general, the cigaretteer's retail network is planned by the Regional Security Production Monitoring Authority, which is prepared by the county's public security authorities, to be carried out after the approval of the Government. Article 6. Article 9. In the context of the rapid trajectory of the city of South Africa, the cigarb area is restricted to the cigarette area in areas other than those prohibited by article 8. Article 10 allows for the sale and releasing of pyrotechnologies in the area of flammation: (i) D-level products: The categories of D-level spraying, pyrethroids, blends and creativity products of various specifications. (ii) Level C products: Cervices of specifications, pyrethroids and jewelling products. Article 16 provides for implementation from the date of publication. The prohibition of cigarettes on smoking (No. 4 of the People's Government Order No. 4) was also repealed in the Southen City, published by the Government of the city on 27 July 1994. |
