The Popular Government of the Broad Orientale Province has decided to amend the Regulations on the Protection of the Construction of Agents in Broad Orientale Province as follows:
Amending article 5, paragraph 1, as follows: “All of the open-ended buildings used collectively and privately, their protection management funds are the responsibility of all persons and users, and the Government may grant assistance as appropriate. The provision for the protection management of the open-ended building, which is entrusted to the Government by collective or private, is the responsibility of the Government of the city.”
Paragraph 2 of Article 5 reads as follows: “Encourage for a variety of channels to finance the opening of continuum protection funds and to establish dedicated funds for the conservation of the floor”.
Article 6, paragraph 2, was amended to read: “The opening of the transfer, mortgage or change of use of the flat building shall be reported to the Department of State's executive branch; the transfer, mortgage or change of the use of the refrigerated buildings, funded by the Government of the people, shall be submitted to the Government of the People of the city for approval”.
Article 11 was amended to read: “No other construction works may be carried out within the context of the protection of the open-ended building. If there are special needs, the Government of the People of the province has been approved by the Provincial Property Administration with the concurrence of the Department of State.
V. Modification of article 13, paragraph 2, reads as follows: “With regard to the already unwarranted buildings, buildings, constructions and the pollution of the open-ended buildings, the authorities of the province are responsible for investigating the processing or commissioning of the post-communication of the People's Government, and are responsible for the implementation of the implementation of the HP.

Annex: Pooling Protection Management Provisions (Amendments, 2007)
Article 1, in order to enhance the protection and management of the open-ended buildings, sets this provision in line with the Convention on the Protection of World Cultural and Natural Heritage, the Law on the Protection of Chinese Property and the relevant national laws, regulations and regulations.

Article 8 Specific planning should be accompanied by approval by the Government of the People of the Province, with the consent of the State's Property Administration.
Article 9. The main elements of the exclusive protection planning for the opening of the floor should include the scope of protection and the construction of control zones, the classification of construction standards and concrete measures for the maintenance, landscape coordination and environmental governance.
Article 10 The Open City Cultural Administration should make a sign of the scope of protection and the construction of control zones, in accordance with the exclusive planning of the opening of the building, setting up records, etc.
