Article 1
To strengthen mapping, regulate mapping and promote economic and social development, in line with the relevant laws, regulations, such as the People's Republic of China Mapping Act, the Sichuan mapping Regulatory Regulations, have developed this approach in conjunction with urban practice.
Article 2
This approach applies to mapping activities such as geodesy, engineering measurement, photography and remote sensing, map preparation, GIS engineering construction, land mapping, housing mapping, administrative regional boundaries mapping, the provision and use of mapping results.
Article 3
The Office of Metropolitanization Management (hereinafter referred to as the municipal mapping administrative authority) is responsible for the harmonized supervision of the mapping work within the city's administration and is directly responsible for the supervision of the mapping process in the Janges, Bangkok, Hindu, Vavu, Whua and the higher industrial development area (hereinafter referred to as the fifth city).
Other districts (communes) mapping administrative authorities (hereinafter referred to as district-level mapping administrative authorities) are responsible for monitoring the management of mapping in the current administrative area.
In accordance with their respective responsibilities, other relevant departments of the municipality and the district (market) are responsible for mapping related to the sector.
Article IV
Mapping activities within the city's administration area, in addition to the mapping of national, military, provincial unity organizations and engineering maps of cross-market domains, should be used in the Metropolitan Medalism system approved by the Department of State mapping administrative authorities.
Article 5
The municipal mapping administrative authorities may, in line with national and provincial standards and norms relating to the mapping of technology, develop, in the light of the actual practice of the city, the provisions of this municipal mapping technology with the relevant sectors.

Article 6 (Basic mapping management)

In the current administrative area, 1:500, 1:1000 basic size maps, video maps and digitized mapping products are updated;
The establishment and maintenance of the basic geographic information database and systems at this level;
Other basic mapping projects identified by the municipal authorities and the Government.
Article 7 (Basic mapping planning)
The municipal and district governments should incorporate basic mapping into the annual economic and social development plans of their nationals.
The mapping of administrative authorities will develop reform and other relevant sectors with the current level of government, in accordance with the results-based mapping planning and the current administrative region, the preparation of the current administrative regional base mapping planning, the approval of the Government and the presentation of the top-level mapping of administrative authorities, which are organized by the Mapping Administration authorities. Article 8

Article 13

Article 15

Article 16

Article 19

Article 20 (Legal responsibility)
