(Act No. 100 of the People's Government Order No. 100 of the Self-Government Zone, dated 12 March 2001, pursuant to amendment No. 104 of the Order of the People's Government of the Self-Government Zone of 22 May 2002, as amended by the Order No. 122 of 29 June 2004 of the People's Government of the Self-Government Zone, in accordance with amendment No. 153 of 10 April 2008

In order to enhance the management of feeds, feed additives, to ensure the quality of feeding, feeding additives, to preserve the physical health of the people, to develop this approach in the light of the Regulations on Feeding and Feeding (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations).
Article 2 units and individuals involved in the production, operation and supervision of feeding, feeding and feeding in the administration of self-government zones must be subject to this approach.

The types and names of the components contained in feeding, feeding addicts must be consistent with the type and name of the ingredients indicated in the product label. In addition to drug feed addicts, it must be noted that the period of suspension must be included.
In conjunction with the use of Chinese or the application of labels for feeding, feeding addicts, the language of the local general ethnic minority should also be used or the content of the label.
Article 10 encourages the production of feeds, the use of paints or the use of additives. Unless drug feed addicts are used, this product does not contain an addor to drug feeds at the packaging or product label.
The production of anti-turbant livestock feeds, feeds addicts shall not be used for the use of animal meat flour and fauna, beatings, hearts and blood products.
Article 11 prohibits the production of the following feeding and feeding agents:
(i) Absorption of feeding, feeding addnts or using such feeds, feeds additives to use his feeds, feeds and additives;
(ii) State orders to stop use, ban or phase out;
(iii) Not published by the State;
(iv) Laws, regulations and regulations prohibit other conditions of production.
Article 12. The use of industrial residues, wastewater, residues and feed additives must be in line with national and self-government standards for feeding.
The use of living garbage, meals, is prohibited as feeding.
Article 13 units and individuals operating feeds, feed additives, and when purchasing or selling feeds, feeding additives, they should be checked or presented for the production of licences, product approvals, products qualification certificates and product labels.
In the area of self-government, the sale of feeding and feeding products from outside provinces should be registered in the livestock administration sector in the self-government area and subject to inspection by the self-government body for the quality of feeding.
Article 14.
(i) No product quality standards or a qualified certificate of product quality, labelling;
(ii) The packaging of products or the accompanying labelling shall not be required;
(iii) The period of invalidity, maimation or excess of the period of custody;
(iv) This approach prohibits production;
(v) No production permit, product approval;
(vi) Laws, regulations and regulations prohibit other feeding and feeding agents operating.
Article 15 units and individuals who are part of the feeding products, feed raw materials should include feeding products, feed raw materials and veterinary medicines or other substances that are prohibited from adding in feeding.

Article 20
Article 21 Staff members of the livestock administration play a role in the neglect, abuse of authority, provocative fraud, administrative disposition by their superior authorities or the competent authorities; and criminal responsibility is lawful.
