(Summit 7th ordinary meeting of the Government of the Republic of Yumnang on 11 July 2008 to consider the adoption of Decree No. 146 of 29 July 2008 on the date of publication by the People's Government Order No. 146 of 29 July 2008) In order to better adapt to the demands of the building of the rule of law and the full advancement of the administration of the law, in accordance with the unified deployment of the State Department and the Government of the Provincial People's Republic of China, in accordance with the spirit of the Decision of the State Department of State of 15 January 2008 No. 516 on the Abolition of Partial Administrative Regulations, the Office of the People's Rule of Law of the province will fully clean up 180 of the regulations of the Government of the province as of the end of 2007. After clearance, the Government of the Provincial People has decided to repeal the main elements that have been replaced by new laws, regulations, regulations or regulations or are based on 16 regulations that have been repealed by new regulations.
