(Summit 7th ordinary meeting of the Government of the Republic of Yumnang on 11 July 2008 to consider the adoption of Decree No. 146 of 29 July 2008 on the date of publication by the People's Government Order No. 146 of 29 July 2008)

In order to better adapt to the demands of the building of the rule of law and the full advancement of the administration of the law, in accordance with the unified deployment of the State Department and the Government of the Provincial People's Republic of China, in accordance with the spirit of the Decision of the State Department of State of 15 January 2008 No. 516 on the Abolition of Partial Administrative Regulations, the Office of the People's Rule of Law of the province will fully clean up 180 of the regulations of the Government of the province as of the end of 2007. After clearance, the Government of the Provincial People has decided to repeal the main elements that have been replaced by new laws, regulations, regulations or regulations or are based on 16 regulations that have been repealed by new regulations.
This decision is effective from publication.

(i) “Modalities for the occupation of levies in arriculture in the province of Yunnan (published on 24 August 1987)”
Note: The administrative regulations that are based on have been repealed by the Special People's Republic of China's provisional regulations on cultivating levies of the People's Republic of China, which were published in Order No. 511 of 1 December 2007 (in accordance with new administrative regulations).
(ii) The provisional provision for the use of land charges in the province of Yunnan (published on 30 March 1988)
