(Adopted by the 36th ordinary meeting of the Government of the South Turkmen Republic of 21 March 2009, No. 133 of the Decree No. 133 of 2 April 2009 of the Government of the South-Curriral People, which came into force on 1 May 2009)

The Government of the city has decided to amend the Module Pollution Control Scheme in South and Towns, as follows:

Article 5 amends as follows:

“(i) The region of the polar, mag Oriental, rich and powerful, along the northern river of the River, along the lines of the River, along the south of the River (No.

“(ii) Absolu, a high number of vincs, the east of the town, the south-east of the town of Jiji, the south-west of the town, the two ports, the south-east of the two ports, the southern corridor of the North Grand River, the Greater Tang, the Greater Tang River, the region of the south-west of the Great River (unextreme, the high creat, the veter, the Luk, the west of the Great Lakes region);

“(iii) The South Kurma, eight major bridges, the mountain bridge, and the flood bridge.

“The peoples of the Gulf region and the districts may delineate and publish the scope of the ban on motor vehicle travans within the present administration.”

ii. An increase in article 6 as follows: “Actors, firefights, ambulances, ambulances, engineering ambulances can be used to carry out emergency missions; and no warnings shall be used when they are not carried out”.

iii. Article 6 should be replaced with Article 7, which reads as follows: “The regional and road paragraphs set out in article 5 of this approach prohibit the use of audio broadcasters by any unit and individuals on motor vehicles”.

Delete Article 7.

V. Increase article 8 as follows: “In violation of this approach, the unlawful installation of warnings is fined by 1000 dollars in the transport management of public security agencies”.

Article 9: “In violation of this approach, a fine of 100 dollars is imposed by the Traffic Management Service of the Public Security Agency in the area of banishment or passage”.

Article 10: “In violation of the provisions of this approach, the use of warning devices in the course of carrying out urgent tasks is not carried out by the Traffic Management Service of the Public Security Agency, amounting to US$ 150.”

Article 11: “In violation of this approach, the use of audio broadcasters in mobile vehicles is rectified by a public safety agency's transport management order; refusal to correct a fine of 500 dollars.”

Article 8.

In accordance with the above amendments, the order and language of some provisions are adjusted accordingly.

This decision has been implemented effective 1 May 2009.

The South and the Module Control Approach to Mobile Carriage was released in accordance with this decision.

Annex: Module pollution control approach in South Chang City (Amendment 2009)

(Act No. 67 of 17 August 1998 of the Municipal People's Government Ordinance No. 133 of 2 April 2009)

Article 1 provides for the protection and improvement of the living and working environment of the city's people, in accordance with the laws, regulations and regulations of the People's Republic of China Act on Environmental Excise Pollution Control and the People's Republic of China Road Traffic Safety Act, which are practical in conjunction with this city.

Article 2 motor vehicles in the administration of the city should be subject to this approach.

Article 3 prohibits the installation of motor vehicles and the use of audios exceeding 105 sub-machers.

Article IV, vehicle, firefighting, ambulances, engineering ambulances, and work-saving vehicles should be installed in accordance with the prescribed spraying. Other motor vehicles may not be painted, installed, used for the above-mentioned vehicles, or similar to that of a mark, a warning or a marker.

Article 5 prohibits motor vehicle hidings in the following regional and road paragraphs of this city:

(i) In the region of the poles of the South, the Chittagong, the Greater Roads, along the northern River of the River, along the lines of the Southern Grande River (No.

(ii) Abomni, a high number of vincs, the east of the town, the veterans, the south-west of the veteran, the streets of the two ports, the south-east of the two ports, the south-east of the south of the country, the northern Grand River, the Greater Tang River, the region of the south-west of the river (unextreme, the high creat, the veter, the south-east of the Lake, the west of the road, the south-west of the country);

(iii) The South Kurma, eight major bridges, the mountain bridge, and the flood bridge.

People's governments in the Gulf region and in the counties can delineate and publish the scope of the ban on motor vehicle trajectory in the present administrative region.

In carrying out emergency missions by the police, firefighting vehicles, ambulances, engineering ambulances, the use of warnings may be used, and the use of warnings cannot be used in the absence of emergency missions.

Article 7 prohibits the use by any unit and individuals of high-speakers on motor vehicles, as set out in Article 5 of this approach.

Article 8. In violation of this approach, the unlawful installation of warnings is fined by 1000 by the Transport Administration of Public Security.

Article 9 violates this approach by imposing a fine of 100 dollars for the transport management of the public security authorities in the area of prohibition of arson or in the road.

Article 10, in violation of this approach, provides for the use of warning devices in connection with the non-implementation of emergency missions by police vehicles, firefight vehicles, ambulances, ambulances, engineering ambulances, and a fine of $150 by the Transport Management Service of the Public Security Agency.

Article 11. In violation of this approach, the use of high-profile broadcasters in mobile vehicles is rectified by a public safety agency's transport management order, and the refusal to reproduce a fine of 500 dollars.

Article 12 The Government of the South Turkmen issued a notice on the prevention of the contamination of motor vehicle traffic noise (No. [1997]24) with the abolition.
