(Adopted by the 57th ordinary meeting of the Government of the Hasahama on 13 October 2009, No. 208 of the People's Government Order No. 208 of 4 November 2009, published as effective 1 January 2010)

Article 1 provides for recognition and encouragement of those who make a prominent contribution to the economic and social development of the city and to external communication cooperation, regulating the award of Honours No. H.E. No. H.E. Hara, in conjunction with the practice of the city, to develop this approach.

Article 2 gives the Honours No. (hereinafter referred to as Honours No. 5) to foreigners, Chineses, porters, Iranians and other non-nationals in the country.

The executive authorities, such as district, district (market) the Government of the People's Republic, the Overseas People's Government, the Taiwan affairs, trade, culture, sports, are responsible, in accordance with their respective responsibilities, for the first instance and recommendation of Honours.

The office of the Government of the city is responsible for the review of the granting of Honours.

Article IV is in accordance with one of the following conditions, with the consent of himself to be granted the Honours No.

(i) To make a salient contribution to the development of the city's trade, education, science and technology, culture, health and sports;

(ii) To make a significant contribution to promoting foreign engagement in the city, expanding external communication, fostering friendly urban relations, and raising the visibility of the city;

(iii) To make recommendations on the development of economic and social development planning in the city, the promotion of rural and urban development, technological progress, environmental protection, resource development, and, after adoption, the creation of significant economic and social benefits;

(iv) To make a prominent contribution to the cause and philanthropy of the city;

(v) The introduction of new products, new technologies for this city, resulting in significant economic benefits or social benefits after childbirth;

(vi) Other salient contributions.

Article 5 may apply to the following sectors in accordance with the reporting relationship to persons who meet the conditions for granting Honours:

(i) Honours are foreign, Chinese and porters and apply to the authorities of the Overseas Aliens of the Municipal Government;

(ii) Honours belonging to a fellow citizen of Taiwan to apply to the administrative authorities of the Government of the city on Taiwan;

(iii) Honours are owned by other non-nationals in the country and apply to relevant administrative authorities in the district, district (market) people or the municipality.

Article 6 relating to the declaration of the granting of Honours No. 6 by an entity shall submit the following material:

(i) Applications for reports;

(ii) The announcement of Honours by the city of Hara;

(iii) Identification documents in the relevant sectors;

(iv) Other submissions.

Article 7

Article 8. Granting Honours No. 8, by a ceremony of award by the Government of the city, the issuance of the Honours and Witnesses and the publication of the society.

The Honours and Witnesses are produced by the Government of the city, which is signed by the Mayor.

Article 9 grants secondary persons who are Honours to the Honduran to enjoy the following treatment in this city:

(i) The holding of major events such as celebrities in the city, which may invite honorary citizens to participate and bear the costs of participation;

(ii) Excellencies at the border;

(iii) During the stay in the city, access to facilities and services provided by the relevant departments and units in the areas of accommodation, transportation, medical treatment;

(iv) The children of the Honours are enrolled in the city and are given some care in the areas of school attendance, promotion and education at its compulsory stages;

(v) Other treatment provided by the Government of the city.

Article 10. The first instance sector and associated units that accept the application of Honours should be publicized on the civil monuments of Honours.

Article 11. The Honours are criminalized by law or other acts that are not commensurate with the Honours's claims or have serious consequences or social consequences, and the granting of approval procedures pursuant to article IV, article 6 of this approach and the declaration under article 6 of this scheme, the lifting of Honours's claims.

Removation of Honours' claims should be informed.

Article 12. The office of the Government of the city shall be administered by the Honours's archives and shall monitor the implementation of the treatment of the Honours.

In accordance with their respective responsibilities, the executive authorities, such as the Honours, the municipality's Government, the Foreigners of the People's Government, Taiwan, UNCTAD, culture, sports, should be able to communicate and receive work with the Honours.

Article 14. This approach has been implemented effective 1 January 2010, and the Government of the commune of the city's Medalities of the Honours of the city of Hamilko, issued on 9 October 1997, was repealed.
