In order to ensure the smooth holding of the Shanghai Bo Conference in 2010, and in accordance with the provisions of the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai People's Representatives on the preparation and organization of work of the Conference, the Municipal Government decided to take the following management measures for space in the city during the Shanghai Conference in 2010:

The present notice applies to civil defence works that are open to the public as productive, operating and other places of public activity, as well as security management in general.

II.
