(Summit No. 73 of the Government of the Shanghai City of 3 April 2010 to consider the publication of Decree No. 39 of 15 April 2010 on the People's Government of the Shanghai City, on 15 April 2010, effective 15 April 2010)

In order to ensure the smooth holding of the Shanghai Bo Conference in 2010, and in accordance with the provisions of the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai People's Representatives on the preparation and organization of work of the Conference, the Municipal Government decided to take the following management measures for the flights of small air and airborne vehicles in the city during the Shanghai Conference in 2010:

I, this notice applies to light and supra-ferrous aircraft, light helicopters, dreditaries, unmanned driving aircraft, triangular wings (including the dynamism), sequestration, power umbrella, aviation model, space model, enclaves, heat celson, unmanned free celson, residual air fleets and airborne safety management.

Prohibition of the occurrence, flight of small aircraft and airborne aircraft.

Those activities, such as the approval of the celebrations of the Shanghai Bombo Conference, air photographs, television transmission, and police, emergency relief, trigger, meteorology and artificially affected weather operations, are not subject to the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

iii. Public security authorities and sectors such as civil aviation, meteorology, sports may take temporary closure measures for the start-up sites of small aircraft and airborne objects, or require the relevant units to take temporary storage measures for their management of small aircraft and air cargo.

In violation of flight activities under this notice, laws, regulations, regulations and regulations are dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions; laws, regulations, regulations do not provide for a change in order by public security authorities and fines of up to 3,000 United States dollars for units, with a fine of up to 500,000 dollars for individuals.
