At the fifteenth meeting of the Shanghai City Commission, the Water Resources Protection Regulation was adopted by the Shanghai City and was implemented on 1 March 2010, while the Water Resources Protection Ordinance of the Shanghai City of Jipong River was repealed. To this end, the Government of the city decided to issue the first amendment to Order No. 27 of 28 May 1996 of the People's Government of the Shanghai City on 29 August 1987, the second amendment to Order No. 53 of 14 December 1997 and the re-issued application of the Ordinance on the Protection of Water Resources in the Upperi River City, which was repealed from the date of publication.
