Chapter I General

Article 1 ensures the quality of life of foams and protects the physical health of the people, and develops this approach in line with the State Department's Ordinance No. 525, which states the Regulations and the relevant laws and regulations.

Article 2 units and individuals involved in spaming activities in the administration of Sichuan Province should comply with this approach.

Article 3 has been introduced in my province in the veterinary, centralized quarantine system.

No unit or individual shall be allowed to carry out spoiler activities without customization. Individuals in rural areas suffer from hunger. Individuals in rural areas suffer from spoilers of food, and dying should be declared by law to animal health monitoring bodies.

Article IV. More than the business authorities at the district level are responsible for the supervision of the activities of foams in the present administration.

The relevant sectors such as veterinary, environmental protection, health, public safety, business and quality supervision at the district level are governed by the law by the law.

The Government of the commune (communes) should assist the relevant sectors in the management of the activities of healing.

Article 5 encourages and supports the introduction of mechanicalization, standardization, scale-scale slide foams, and the provision of facilities for pyrethroid products that are adapted to the scale of smugglers and the marketing capacity, as well as the supply and consumption safety levels of the regional market foam products.

There is a need to encourage and support the progressive establishment of a safe retroactive system for the quality of life and pig products.

Chapter II

Article 6 units and individuals involved in the dying of pyrethroids should be stired in diarrhoea (grounds) or in small-scale pyrethroids at the town (the State).

The establishment of small-scale pyrethroids should be strictly controlled, confined to remote and inaccessible rural areas and ethnic minority areas. The urban surroundings that can be supplied by spoilers (grounds) to ensure the availability of pyrethroid products will no longer be established.

Article 7. Planning approved by the Government of the Provincial People should be made public to society.

Article 8. Resistance plants (grounds) and small-scale pyrethroids are chosen to meet national and provincial requirements for environmental protection, food hygiene, animal protection, land use, distance from hospitals, kindergartens, schools, wards, social welfare agencies, residential residential areas and livestock breeding sites.

It is prohibited to set up cereals (grounds) and small-scale pyrethroids in the statutory protection areas such as water source protected areas, natural protected areas.

Article 9. The establishment of a gynaecological slaughter (ground) shall have the following conditions:

(i) Adequate water sources that are adapted to the scale of smugglers, which are consistent with the national standard of living for drinking water;

(ii) The establishment of buildings and processes consistent with national standards and health-protection provisions, which are still to be dominated, smugglers, emergency hidings, intermodal breaks and intermodal designs;

(iii) Scillary technicians who are adapting to the scale of dying and obtaining health certificates from health-care institutions at the district level;

(iv) A person who is suited to the scale of dying and is subject to a study by the provincial business authorities on the quality of the qualified meat;

(v) equipped with testing equipment, poisoning facilities and medicines consistent with the technical standards and requirements of the State;

(vi) Provide contaminated treatment facilities consistent with environmental protection requirements;

(vii) A facility equipped to meet the standards for the environmentally sound treatment of vectors and foam products;

(viii) Licatory evidence obtained under the law for animal protection.

Article 10. The establishment of a small pyrethroid dying point shall have the following conditions:

(i) Adequate water sources that are adapted to the scale of smugglers, which are consistent with the national standard of living for drinking water;

(ii) A facility for smugglers that are adapted to the scale of dying;

(iii) Scillary technicians who are adapting to the scale of dying and obtaining health certificates from health-care institutions at the district level;

(iv) A person who is suited to the scale of dying and is subject to a study by the provincial business authorities on the quality of the qualified meat;

(v) There is a need to meet national sanitation requirements for poisoning and medicines and sewage treatment facilities;

(vi) Accreditation of conditions of animal protection under the law.

Article 11. Applications for the establishment of a slogan (ground) or small-scale foams should submit written requests to the location's business authorities and submit relevant technical information, clarification documents. The application for the establishment of small-scale pyrethroid hijacking points should include applications for the regional scope of the supply market.

The commune (state) business authorities received written requests and relevant information, which were then planned in 15 days with livestock veterinary, environmental protection and other relevant sectors, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Regulations and the present methodology, to submit a review of the People's Government of the State (State).

The Government of the city (State) shall make a written decision of consent or disagreement within five working days after written requests for advice from the provincial business authorities.

The applicant has received written decisions from the Government of the city (the State) to start work.

After the completion of the work of the veterans (grounds) and small-scale pyrethroids, the business authorities of the location (state) should apply for the completion of the inspection. The commercial authorities of the city (State) will be eligible for veterinary therapy, environmental protection and other relevant sectors, with the issuance by the Government of the city (State) of the National Coordinated Acture Certificate and the slogan of the slogan.

The Government of the city (the State) should publish the lists of spoilers (grounds) and small-scale foams to society in a timely manner and report to the provincial commercial authorities.

The applicant shall be subject to a certificate of dynamism to the business administration.

Article 13 Tests (grounds) and small-scale pyrethroids should place the stereotype slaughter certificate and the slogan slogan in the plant (ground) area.

Article 14.

(b) The establishment of sub-groups or workshops in different locations;

Chapter III Google and quarantine tests

Article 15. Quarantine and its supervision are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the animal protection and the State Department.

Health testing and supervision of foams are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Food Security Act.

Article 16 of the veterans (grounds) and small-scale pyrethroids should be eligible under the laws of the animal health monitoring bodies and accompanied by quarantine certificates.

Animal health monitoring body shall not be able to produce a plant (grounds), pointing point) in a seal containing prequalification tests on the quantification of mosquitoes.

In addition to the self-dominant pyrethroids in rural areas, an animal health monitoring body should carry out the declaration of quarantine under the law. Animal health monitoring body should notify the business and business sector in a timely manner in the processing and punishment of the pyrethroid products found to be spoilers (grounds) and small-scale foams.

Article 17: The veterans (grounds) and small-scale pyrethroid slaughters should be required to stifle foams in accordance with the State's operating protocols and technology.

Article 18 prohibits any unit or person from carrying out the following activities:

(i) Injecting water or injecting other substances for foam or foam products;

(ii) To sabotage, poisoning, death, neglect, water or inject other substances;

(iii) To provide facilities for units or individuals who have injected water to or inject other substances;

(iv) Provision of smugglers, product storage facilities for units or individuals who have not committed acts of sabotage.

Article 19 Blinical dying plants (grounds) and small-scale foams should be treated in a sound manner in accordance with the relevant national provisions.

Costs and losses for the safe treatment of diseases and foam products are subsidized by the State.

Article 20, the veterans (grounds) and small-scale foams should establish a rigorous physical quality test management system to test the physical quality test under national regulations. The test includes:

(i) Health status of foams, non-communicable diseases and diseases other than pest diseases;

(ii) There are no hazardous substances, harmful cinema, white meat (PSE meat) or dark meat (DFD meat);

(iii) Whether water is noted or injecting other substances;

(iv) Whether there is a pig or evening;

(v) Have the quality of the dying process;

(vi) Other test projects provided by the State.

Article 21, which tests to qualified pyrethroids, is to be added to the prequalification inspection chapter and accompany the physical test of the licensee (grounds), sites; the testing of qualified other pyrethroid products (including the division of meat) should be accompanied by a qualification test. The foams (grounds) or small-scale pyrethroids hidings are not eligible for physical quality tests or physical tests (grounds), sites and are processed in accordance with the relevant national provisions.

Chapter IV Operational management

In article 22, the use management system for cereals, chapters and symbols should be established at the slogan (ground) and small-scale foams.

The cereals (grounds) and small-scale foams may not be rented, borrowed or transferred by other means of the dying certificate of the foams, the slogan of the foam.

Amphetamines sold in the market should be equipped with hard-copy tests, quasi-calibre and physical quality tests, pre-qualification certificates, biogaso quantifications, and the testing of qualified other foam products (including the division of meat) should be accompanied by qualified physical tests.

The second article XIII veterans (grounds) and small-scale hidings should be in line with national health standards.

Article 24: The veterans (grounds) and small-scale dying sites should provide convenient services to units and individuals who have been slaughters in foams, quarantine testing, and the transport of foam products.

Article 25 provides for the collection of services at the time of the dying plant (grounds) and the small hijacking sites. Specific charges are carried out by the municipal (State) price sector, which is approved by the Government of the People of the city (State).

Chapter V Legal responsibility

Article 26, in violation of this approach, provides for the treatment and punishment of the business authorities at the district level and above, without customarily engaged in spams.

Article 27, in violation of article 18, subparagraph (i), subparagraph (ii), of this approach, is dealt with and punished by more than the business authorities at the district level in accordance with article 27, article 28, of the Regulations.

In violation of article 18, subparagraph (iii), (iv), of this approach, the business authorities at the district level are treated and punished in accordance with article 33 of the Regulations.

Article 28

Article 29 of the Transport of Psychology products is not in accordance with article 23 of this approach and is dealt with and punished by the business authorities at the district level in accordance with article 90 of the People's Republic of China Food Security Act.

Article 33 mini-size-scale dying points go beyond the limitation of regional sales of pyrethroid products, which is being converted by the responsibilities of more than 1,000 companies at the district level and may be fined by more than 1 million yen in 2000.

Other units and individuals go beyond the limitation of the regional sale of pyrethroids containing small-scale foams, which is being converted by orders from more than 1 million businesses at the district level and can be fined by more than 1 million yen in 2000.

In one of the following cases, there are one of the following cases in the slogan (grounds) and small-scale pyrethroids, which are converted by the business authorities to order and may be fined by more than 500 dollars.

(i) A person engaged in a physical test is not allowed to perform a qualified induction.

(ii) Scillary technicians do not hold a health certificate at the district level above.

In the supervision of the inspection, the business authorities at the district level have found that the veterans (grounds) and small-scale foams are no longer equipped with the conditions laid down in this approach, and should be responsible for the rescheduling of their deadlines; they are still short of the conditions laid down in this approach and are removed by the authorities of the urban (State) people by law.

Article 33, in violation of other provisions of this approach, is governed by their respective responsibilities by the relevant sectors, such as the commercial, livestock veterinary, environmental protection, health, business and quality supervision.

Article 34 Commercial, livestock veterinary, environmental protection, health, business, quality supervision and other relevant sector staff misused their duties, players, provocative fraud in the management of foams; and legal accountability.

In violation of the Act of the People's Republic of China on Animal Protection and the present methodology, animal health monitoring bodies and their staff have made use of quarantine certificates for unacceptably-based or quarantine-free foams, foam products, retrocated by the Royal People's Government or the veterinary medical authorities to communicate criticisms; and dispose of persons directly responsible.

Annex VI

Article XV of this approach refers to the design of small-scale pyrethroids that are less than 30 per day, and facilities are not equipped with the National Standards for the Embeth Remuneration of Enterprises.

Article 36 of this approach is implemented effective 1 July 2010.
