(Act dated 30 November 2010 by the People's Government Order No. [2010] No. 10 of the North Province of the River (Act dated 30 November 2010]

Article 1 amends to read: “To strengthen the protection and management of measurement symbols, to ensure the smooth conduct of mapping and scientific research, and to develop this approach in line with the provisions of the National People's Republic of China's Measuring Regulations and the Northern Province of the River.

Article 3 amends the following: “The measurement mark referred to in this approach means a permanent measurement mark for each hierarchy, a baseline point, a line point, a military control point, a creativity, antenna, a standard point and a satellite positioning point, a steel pyrethroid and a mark, as well as a fixed mark for geometric maps, engineering measurements and variability measurements, and a permanent measurement mark for the base facility used in measurements”.

iii. Articles 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 13, 15, 16, 20, 21, 23, and 24 of the “sectors in the management of mapping” are amended to “forming administrative authorities”. “building” in Article 12 has been amended to “mod and rural and urban construction”.

Amendments to “administrative disposal” in Article 24 are “admissible”.

V. Article 25 amends as follows: “In violation of this approach, penalties should be imposed by the public security authorities in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law on the Safety and Security of the People's Republic of China; and criminal responsibility are lawfully prosecuted”.
