In the text, the Family Planning Administration Sector was amended to read “The Population and Family Planning Administration”.

Article 4, paragraph 2, amends “work and social security” as “human resources and social security”, and “building” as “hous and rural and urban construction”.

The word “XV day” in article 7, paragraph 1, was replaced by “15 days”, with “30 days”.

In Article 16, paragraph 1, “The Family Planning Regulations in the Northern Province of the River”, the amended Regulations on Population and Family Planning in the Northern Province of the River.

Amendments to “administrative disposal” in articles 19, 22 and 25.

Article 21 amends as follows: “Where in violation of article 8 of this approach, a warning by the population and the family planning administration at the district level may be and subject to a fine of up to three thousand dollars, the proceeds of an offence may be doubled to the extent that the proceeds of the offence are in breach of the provisions of Article 8 of this scheme; the criminal responsibility of the law.”

Article 24 amends as follows: “The denial, obstruction of the responsibility of national staff for the management of family planning in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law on the Safety and Security of the People's Republic of China; and the prosecution of criminal responsibility by law”.

Amendments to “issuing” in article 28 are “publication”.
