Administrative measures on specified animal disease zone in Liaoning province

41st animal husbandry and veterinary administrative departments and their staff members in violation of the rules of any of the following acts, by the people's Governments at the corresponding level, or the competent authority shall order rectification, criticized; directly responsible and other persons directly responsible shall be given administrative sanctions; suspected of a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated in accordance with law:
(A) conceal, misrepresent, delaying or impeding another person reported outbreaks;
