The Government of the city has decided to amend the Regulations on the Management of Urban Squads in Nanin City as follows:

Article 2, paragraph 1, was amended to read: “The city square brackets referred to in this provision refer to the city's administration region, with greenization, creatization, public facilities being accompanied and sizeable for the commune to stand, recreation, and the open places of appreciation”.

Article 2, paragraph 2, was amended to read “The area of management of urban square brackets is governed by the Government of the city, the district (zone) and is marked by a marked location in urban square brackets”.

Article IV, paragraph 3, amends the supervision management of other squares in the Territory by the administrative authorities in the district (zone).

In Article IV and Article 7, the Management Service for Urban Languages has been amended to “Management for Urban Languages”.

V. Delete article 13, paragraph 2, “The use of urban square brackets contains business content and submits to the business authorities a review”.

Article 18 amends “in violation of the provisions of article 9, paragraphs 1, 3, 4, and 10, article 11, paragraph 1, of the present article shall be subject to an administrative authority in urban square brackets to reorder the offence and may impose a fine of up to $200,000; and shall be liable for damage to the flora trees, the facilities in the area”.

In Article 19 and article 20, the words “the executive authorities of urban square brackets” were amended.

Article 19, paragraph 3, adds a fine of more than 200 million dollars, in violation of article 11, paragraph 3.

In addition, the language was adjusted.

This decision is implemented since the date of publication.

The Regulation for the Management of the Urban Squad in Southern Innin has been released in accordance with this decision.

Annex: Regulation for the management of the urban square brackets in Southen (amended)

(Please No. 19 of 17 November 2003, Decision of the Government of the Southen City of 23 May 2005 on amending the Regulations on the Management of Urban Sites in Southern New York, and Second Amendment of the Decision of the Government of the People of the Southen city of 4 November 2010 to amend the provisions of the regulation of the management of the city square city of South Africa)

Article 1 provides for the development of this provision in line with regulations such as the Urban Towns and Sanitation Management Regulations, the Modalities for the Care and Sanitation of the Urban Region, in order to strengthen the management of urban square kilometres, the maintenance of the urban square brackets and the maintenance of environmental integrity and the well-being of the urban-rural facilities.

Article 2 refers to urban squares referred to in this city's administrative region, with greenization, agglomeration, public facilities being accompanied by a degree of size, for the release, recreation and the open places of appreciation.

The area of urban square brackets management is governed by the municipalities, districts (zones) people's governments, and is displayed in a prominent place in urban square brackets.

Sections and individuals entering the area of urban square brackets shall be subject to this provision.

Article IV provides for a unified management of urban square brackets and the principle of sub-ordination.

The urban management administrative authorities are the administrative authorities of the urban square brackets, with the specific responsibility of the urban square management authorities for the day-to-day management of the city-level city squares, facilities maintenance, sanitation and greenification.

The administrative authorities of the district (zone) urban square brackets are responsible for the management of other squares within the jurisdiction.

Relevant sectors such as culture, sports, public safety and environmental protection are governed by their respective responsibilities.

Article 5 units and individuals entering urban squares should pay attention to public health, compliance with social ladder and cruise guidelines, and self-speaking trees and facilities within urban square brackets.

Article 6

Article 7. Urban square brackets should maintain facilities and guarantee safety, damage on the ground or damage to the facility, and the urban square management should be repaired in a timely manner.

The management of urban square brackets should strengthen the management and conservation of green vegetation in square brackets and maintain environmental integrity.

Article 8 units and individuals entering urban squares should be self-speaking the social security order in the square brackets. The following acts are prohibited in square brackets:

(i) To fight, alcohol abuse, respiration or instigation;

(ii) Be counting on life or other envelope activities;

(iii) Illegal assembly, marches;

(iv) cascabo or transgender;

(v) Other disruptions of the social order.

Article 9 units and individuals entering urban squares should be self-speaking the management order in the square brackets. The following acts are prohibited in square brackets:

(i) Damage to spray water facilities, hygienic facilities, telecommunications facilities, lighting facilities, bulletins, simulations, various symbols and other public facilities;

(ii) Synergy, sale of horticulture;

(iii) operate outside the store and operate without evidence;

(iv) motor vehicles, non-modile vehicles (other than child vehicles, wheelchairs) have been pushed or stopped inside square brackets;

(v) Other practices that prevent the management of the order in square brackets.

Article 10 units and individuals entering urban squares should be conscious of green and greening, environmental sanitation. The following acts are prohibited in square brackets:

(i) Conclusive, deducting or disrupting waste;

(ii) trajectory, greenfield, grass law;

(iii) Theft, commutation, explanatory trees and extractives;

(iv) Instructions and exhumations in green areas;

(v) Theft, destruction or removal of closed municipalities, greenization, environmental sanitation or the changing nature of their use;

(vi) Other acts that undermine green and greening facilities.

Article 11 units and individuals entering the square brackets should be self-sensitized to maintain environmental integrity and harmony. The following acts are prohibited in square brackets:

(i) Absorption, simulation or other public facilities on buildings, construction, sensing or other public facilities;

(ii) The suspension of the wall, the treasury;

(iii) To enter, for example, couriers;

(iv) Search, injury squares;

(v) Seizure, open accommodation;

(vi) In spraying, water pondering or lagging, foaming, etc.;

(vii) Other events affecting square brackets.

Article 12. The following activities within square brackets may be carried out after approval by the administrative authorities of the urban square brackets:

(i) Public activity such as recreational, sports and commercial activities;

(ii) Dissemination, use, advertising, etc., flagship, articulation, celestial;

(iii) Public services and operating facilities;

(iv) Activities of other temporary use squares.

Article 13

(i) Applications, which should include time, duration, area, purpose and number;

(ii) The number of people participating in urban square brackets is more than two hundred and submitted to the public security sector for its review;

(iii) Other material requested by the administrative authorities in urban square brackets.

Article 14. The temporary use of urban square brackets shall be submitted in advance to the administrative authorities of the urban square brackets for five working days, and the administrative authorities of the urban square brackets shall make decisions to grant use within three working days and respond to the applicant.

Article 15 shall carry out activities in accordance with the content and scope of the approval, subject to the approval of units and individuals for the temporary use of urban square kilometres.

The temporary use square brackets should pay the related costs in accordance with the scope and criteria approved by the price administration authorities, with the full payment of the resulting costs, for the day-to-day management and maintenance of the urban square brackets. The electricity or water resources needed to be used should also be paid for the corresponding water or electricity costs.

Public interest activities may be exempted by the approval of the administrative authorities in urban square brackets.

Article 16 shall authorize the temporary use of units and individuals in urban square brackets to establish temporary containers for the collection of garbage and waste, as required.

Article 17, in violation of article 8 of the present article, shall be punished by the public security authorities in accordance with the relevant provisions.

Article 18, in violation of article 9, paragraphs 1, 3, 4, and 10, article 11, paragraph 1, shall be subject to liability by the administrative authorities of the city square brackets to the offence and subject to a fine of up to $200,000; resulting in damage to the plant, the facility shall be liable.

Article 19

(i) In violation of article 9, paragraph 2, a fine of up to 200 dollars.

(ii) In violation of article 11, paragraph 2, a fine of more than 50 dollars.

(iii) In violation of article 11, paragraph 3, a fine of more than 200 million dollars.

(iv) In violation of article 11, paragraph 4, resulting in injury or death in square brackets, and compensation for losses, with a fine of up to 200 dollars per person.

(v) In violation of article 11, paragraph 5, a fine of up to $10 million.

(vi) In violation of article 11, paragraph 6, a fine of up to $50.

(vii) In violation of article 12, paragraph 1, a fine of up to $200,000.

Article 20, in the opinion of the administrative authorities of the city square brackets, may deduct items and instruments relating to the offence and inform the offender of the offence to be treated in the designated location within a specified period of time.

The treatment of temporary items is carried out in accordance with other relevant provisions.

Article 21, paragraph 1. The provisional provision for the management of the Southen Nationalities, the Live Sentinel was repealed on 7 July 1999.
