Provisional provision of administrative penalties for the cultural market of Honduran

(Summit of the Hygiene People's Government on 7 June 2011 to consider the adoption of Decree No. 3 of 13 June 2011 by the Honduran People's Government Order No. 3 of 13 June 2011)

Article 1, in order to strengthen cultural market management, preserve the cultural market management order, regulate administrative penalties, establish this provision in the light of the relevant laws, regulations, such as the National People's Republic of China Administrative Punishment Act.

Article 3

Article IV covers the scope of administrative penalties for the cultural market in this city's administration:

(i) Administrative penalties imposed by law by cultural administrative authorities (other than administrative penalties for material);

(ii) Administrative penalties imposed by law by the press publishing authority;

(iii) Administrative penalties imposed by the author's executive authority under the law;

(iv) Administrative penalties imposed by the broadcasting television administration authorities in accordance with the law;

(v) Administrative penalties imposed by the sports administration authorities in accordance with the law;

(vi) Other administrative penalties imposed by law.

The law, legislation and regulations have authorized the relevant organizations to implement administrative penalties or are subject to the approval of the law to a relatively centralized administrative sanction.

Article 5 Administrative penalties entrust a written manner in which the contract is delegated, and the content of the contract shall include the commissioning of administrative authorities, the commissioning organization, the commissioning matter and the terms of reference, the time frame for commissioning, the responsibility.

Article 6 entrusts administrative authorities with administrative penalties for executive law enforcement agencies in this city's cultural market and assumes legal responsibility for the consequences of the act.

Article 7

Article 8. Enforcement of administrative penalties must be subject to statutory procedures and administrative penalties in violation of the statutory procedures are null and void.

Article 9. Law enforcement officials play a role in the exercise of their duties and do not put an end to, punish the offences to which they should be stopped and punished, causing the legitimate rights, public interest and social order of citizens, legal persons or other organizations to be harmed by the direct responsible person and other persons directly responsible for the administration of justice.
