Patriotic health management approach in the State of Land (as amended in 2011)

(Act No. 5 of 20 July 1999 [1999] of the People's Government Order of the State of the Land of the Rakhine State of 17 December 2010 to consider amendments to the Decision of the Government of the Commonwealth of the Commonwealth of the Rakhine State for the Amendment of the Patriotic Health Management Scheme in the State of the Rwandan State, by Decree No. [2011] of 28 March 2011]

Article 1, in order to further strengthen the management of patriotic health, raise public health awareness, improve the state of rural and urban sanitation, improve the quality of life and the level of health for citizens, develop this approach in line with the relevant provisions of the State and the province.

Citizens, legal persons and other organizations within the current city's administration shall be subject to this approach.

Article 3. Patternal health needs to be firmly established with the idea of social health and to keep the public and social health work. These include four activities, disease prevention activities, internal and external environmental governance, rural water conversion, health education for all, health monitoring and health inspection activities.

The Government of the people at all levels is to integrate patriotic health into national economic and social development planning and to include funding for patriotic health activities in the financial budget.

Article IV is a month of patriotic health activity in the city in April.

Article 5. Patriotic health is a Government-led, sectoral responsibility, mass participation, science governance and social surveillance approach.

The patriotic health campaign committees at all levels (hereinafter referred to as the Guard) have organized, coordinated and coordinated patriotic health in the current administration, under the leadership of the Government of the people. The primary responsibility is:

(i) Follow-up to the laws, regulations and policy on patriotic health;

(ii) Harmonization planning and deployment of patriotic sanitation;

(iii) Organizing and mobilizing all societies to participate in patriotic health activities;

(iv) Guidance, coordination, promotion, inspection and evaluation of patriotic health in units.

In accordance with the mandate of the same-ranking people's Government, the Guard has carried out the supervision, inspection and investigation of the activities of patriotic health.

Article 6. Municipal, district and district-friendly councils are composed of the relevant departments and other relevant units of the same-level people's Government and are responsible for the division of labour among members. The members of the Guard should be given patriotic health in accordance with their respective responsibilities. The Office was established under the Guard and is responsible for daily work.

The communes, the communes, street offices and institutions, groups, business units and other organizations should establish patriotic health organizations responsible for the day-to-day work of patriotic health in the region.

Article 7. Governments at all levels should organize activities to create health cities, hygienic cities, communes, communes, villages and sanitation units.

Regions, districts and districts should improve the health infrastructure, implement health management systems, and increase the level of social health, in accordance with the standards established in the cities of health, sanitation and district.

Article 8. Relevant sectors of the urban, district and district governments should establish and improve health education networks, and PAHO should systematically organize various forms of health advocacy and health education activities.

Secondary schools and childcare institutions should establish health education curricula in accordance with national provisions.

Citizens should receive health education and participate in health education activities.

Article 12, any unit and individual shall be entitled to stop and report any act affecting the health of patriotics. Reports of units and individuals should be promptly received and promoted by the relevant sectors in accordance with the law.

Article 13 units and individuals who have achieved significant achievements in the health of patriotics are recognized, rewarded by more than the veterans' Government or by the Guardian; to meet the standards of the health neighbourhood, the city, the town, the village and the civilized health units, which are granted the corresponding Honours by the Government or the Guard.

Article 14. The reduction in the quality of the health of patriotic health is not in accordance with the criteria for the failure of the awarding authority to remove its honour and to inform them.

Article 15. Article 17, in violation of article 11 of this approach, provides that the production, operation and use of insecticide-treated biological medicines that are not in accordance with national standards are punishable by law by the relevant administrative authorities; constitutes an offence and brought to justice by the judiciary a criminal responsibility.

Article 18 The parties may apply to administrative review or administrative proceedings in accordance with this scheme in accordance with the law.
