Modalities for the safe disposal of garbage cooks in the city of Hunami

(Adopted at the 36th ordinary meeting of the People's Government of the city of Hert and Special, on 4 May 2011, No. 2 of the Order of the People's Government of the city of Hunger and Hui, which came into force on 1 July 2011)

Article 1 creates pollution from the environment, guarantees the physical health of the people, protects the urban environment, facilitates the safe handling and integrated use of cooking garbage and develops this approach in line with the relevant laws, regulations and regulations such as the People's Republic of China Act on Environmental Control of Solid Waste.

Article 5

The Government of the city should grant recognition and incentives to units and individuals that make significant achievements in the disposal and resource use of cooking garbage.

Article 6. The kitchen garbage should be collected by the kitchen garbage and other living garbage, and no dumping of the garbage.

Article 7. The kitchen garbage units shall pay the catering and disposal fee in accordance with the prescribed standards, in accordance with the type and quantity of garbage.

Article 10. The kitchen garbage must be made available to the competent disposal units for the meals generated and shall not be made available to units or individuals outside the provisions of article 8 of this scheme.

Article 11 prohibits the direct use of garbage as a livestock feeder.

All units and individuals are entitled to lodge complaints and reports of violations of the units and individuals set out in the catering system.

The executive authorities of environmental protection should, after reporting and complaints are received, promptly investigate, process and inform the reporting or the complainant of the results.

In violation of this approach, there is one of the following acts, and the time limit for the administrative authorities responsible for the protection of the environment is being changed and is not reformulated, with a fine of more than 500,000 dollars:

Article 14.
