(Adopted at the 95th ordinary meeting of the People's Government of Northern Province on 9 October 2011 by Decree No. [2011] No. 10 of the Northern Province of the River 20 October 2011)

In Article 2, “The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macao, Taiwan region” were amended to read “ Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan region”.

In article 16, paragraph 1, the words “and the opening of the accounts to the same level of financial sector reserve” were amended to read “and report on the opening, cancellation, change of accounts to the same-level financial sector”.

In article 18, the words “human resources and social security”.

Delete article 22 (iv), (v).

Delete article 23.

Article 24 was replaced with article 23 and replaced with the words “The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Principalities”.

In accordance with the above amendments, the order of the relevant provisions of this approach is adjusted accordingly. In addition, individual languages were revised.
