Decision of the Government of the People's Republic of Johannesburg on the Abolition of the Modalities for the demolition of homes in the Shenzhen Economic Zone (Act No. 236 of 31 December 2011 of the People's Government Order No. 236 dated 1 January 2012)
In order to ensure the successful implementation of the National People's Republic of China's Administrative Force Act, which is being cleared with the existing effective regulations of my city, the Government of the Shenzhen Economic Zone has decided to repeal the Modalities for the demolition of homes in the Shenzhen Economic Zone (published No. 21 of 29 January 1994 by the People's Government Order No. 21 of 29 January 1999 and amended by the People's Government Order No. 82 of 26 January 1999 No. 135 of 26 August 2004). This decision is implemented effective 1 January 2012. |
