Traditional craft protection provisions in northern lakes

(Adopted by Decree No. 347 of 15 November 2011 by the Government of the Northern Province of the Great Britain and Northern Lakes Region, which was published as of 1 January 2012)

Chapter I General

Article 1, in order to inherit and promote traditional cultural art of the nation, protect and develop traditional craft art in my province, and to develop this provision in line with the provisions of the State Department's Regulation on the Protection of Traditionalcrafts.

Article 2 refers to traditional craft crafts, known as history, horticulture, tinyal transmission, a complete process, the production of natural raw materials, traditional crafts and crafts with unique national ventilation and local characteristics. Article 3

Chapter II

(iv) Professional horticulture or paper;

(v) A certificate of appointment of a senior craft craft.

Article 12, which has been evaluated, identified as traditional crafts and horticulture in the northern province of the Lake, craft cherished art in the northern province of the Lake, craftsmen in the northern province, are developed by the Ministry's Government's economic and informational authorities, and public health.

Article 20

Chapter IV

Article 21, the Government of the province has established special funds for the protection and development of traditional crafts in northern lakes. Specific funds should be used for the protection, research, development of products and the development of talent in traditional crafts, without diversion.

The use, management approach of earmarked funds is developed by the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy and Information.

Governments of the city, the district should provide financial support for the protection and development of traditional crafts in the current administration, based on the reality.

Article 22 encourages units and individuals to invest in the production of traditional crafts, and encourages eligible areas to build traditional craft artimeters. Article 25 No unit or person shall be free of charge to the products of traditional crafts.

Article 26 supports the production of traditional crafts, the active conduct of external economic trade activities, the opening of traditional craft philanthropic tourist sites and the marketing of tourist memorials.

Article 27 Technical and Cultural Administrative authorities should support the extractiveness, research and development of traditional crafts. Significant innovative results for research development can be evaluated as scientific and technological results or artistic works.

Article 28 Governments and relevant departments and units at the district level should support the creation of craftmaculine writers and provide them with the following conditions:

(i) To support the establishment of a working room for the craftmatechnicians and to facilitate their attendance and retraining in the arts colleges;

(ii) The technicians of the craft, in particular the traditional craft craft horticulture, where they are located or where the local people's government grants some horticulture subsidies from earmarked funds;

(iii) To make a special contribution to the development of the traditional craft philanthropy, the specially difficult craft teacher in life, with appropriate subsidies from earmarked funds from the local people's Government.

Article 29 Scientific research, production, operation units of traditional crafts should determine their income distribution and corresponding treatment based on the horticulture and actual performance of traditional craft professionals.

Article 33 Protection authorities, other relevant departments and units of traditional crafts should strengthen the development of craft art talents, support the children, apprenticeship of traditional craft professionals with higher horticulture, and encourage the flow of specialized talents to traditional craft.

Article 31 encourages qualified higher schools, vocational schools to establish specialized or curriculums related to traditional craft articrafts, and to establish a traditional craft craft talent development, training base, to provide talent support for the protection and development of traditional craft art.

Article 32 Scientific research, production and operation units of traditional crafts should strengthen the training of workers, with the planned organization of technical exchanges, operation performances, work exhibitions and business studies.

Traditional craft craft production enterprises can be introduced directly from outside provinces to traditional craft craft professionals with more than the provincial craft, which should be supported by the relevant sectors, with due care in terms of work and life.

Chapter V Legal responsibility

Annex VI

Article 338 Protection of traditional crafts involves the protection of non-material cultural heritage, and the Law on Non-Controlal Cultural Heritage of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws, regulations and regulations provide otherwise.
