Shenzhen Homeland Island - National Territorial Protected Area Management Provisions

(Act of 20 January 2012)

Article 1 protects the resources and the environment of the natural protected areas in the area of natural protection in order to strengthen the management of the nascent island - the natural protected area (hereinafter referred to as natural protected areas) at the national level in the broader region, in accordance with the laws, regulations and regulations such as the People's Republic of China Forest Act, the People's Republic of China Act on the Protection of the Sea, the People's Republic of China's natural protected area.

Article 2

Article 5

Article 10 conducts scientific experiments, teaching internships and educational activities in the area of natural protection and shall submit written requests to the protected area management bodies.

The application of the protected area administration for units or individuals shall be reviewed within five working days of the date of receipt. The grounds for written statements were given by the examination of the agreement.

The units and individuals that have authorized access to natural protected areas to carry out scientific experiments, teaching internships and Psychia education activities should be subject to the management of protected area management.

Article 11. Foreigners enter natural protected areas and reception units shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the National People's Republic of China Regulations on the Conservation of Nature and subject to the management of protected area management.

Article 12. The number of people entering natural protected areas in scientific experiments, teaching internships and Psychia education is subject to control. The protected area management may determine the maximum number of persons entering natural protected areas on a daily basis, in accordance with the overall control standards and the specific circumstances of natural protected areas.

Article 13. Municipal forest administration authorities may delineate a certain range of protected areas in the area of Finland mangroves, with the approval of the Government of the city.

Article 16 prohibits acts affecting wildlife, habitat and breeding in natural protected areas.

Article 17 prohibits the release of chlorofluorocarbons, wastewater, solid wastes, and acts that cause noise, laser pollution and radioactive contamination in natural protected areas that undermine the survival of flora and fauna.

Article 18 prohibits the storage of holes, lights and other flights that affect the survival of species of birds in natural protected areas and their peripherals.

Article 19 protected area management should strengthen the management of resources and facilities in natural protected areas, establish facilities such as firefighting, sanitation, and establish a system of inspection to prevent pollution and damage to natural resources and to prevent forest fires.

The protected area management shall establish boundary logs and warning signs in the natural protection area; any unit or individual shall not be allowed to carry out their own movement or destroy boundarymarks and warning signs.

Article 20 imposes a dual management system in the area of the area of Finland and border guards.

Article 2

(v) Responsibilities of movement or damage to the mark or the warning signs, and a fine of US$ 2000.

Article 23 of the Municipal Ocean Administrative Authority will be delegated to the Protected Areas' Authority in accordance with the administrative penalties imposed on the island of the People's Republic of China under the Law on the Protection of the Sea.

Article 24, in violation of article 17, is corrected by an administrative authority responsible for environmental protection and a fine of $100,000, which is provided by law, legislation and regulations.
