Medalities for the management of results in the city of Oxford

Article I, in order to enhance the management of results in the city, develops this approach in line with the People's Republic of China Mapping Act, the National People's Republic of China's Mapping Outcome Regulation, the Oxford City mapping regulations.

Article 2

Mapping results is based on mapping results and non-basic mapping results. The content of the results of the basic mapping has been determined in accordance with the relevant provisions of the People's Republic of China's Mapping Results Management Regulations, the Metropolitan City Mapping Regulation.

Article 3. The municipal planning authority is the administrative authority for mapping the city and is responsible for the uniform management of the results of this city.

Regional, district planning administrative authorities are responsible for the management of the results of the mapping of the Territory under the leadership of the municipal mapping of administrative authorities.

Article IV defines the production, processing, custody, delivery, use, destruction and pre-level determination, change and release of results, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State.

Article 5

The quality of the results of the mapping should be consistent with the relevant provisions, and the mapping unit should be responsible for the quality of the results of the mapping completed.

The results of the survey completed within this city's administrative area should be mapped by year to municipal authorities or by the areas entrusted by them, and by district mapping administrative authorities.

Article 7. The results of the survey were vested in the custody of results commissioned by the municipal mapping administrative authorities.

The storage facilities and conditions for mapping results should be consistent with relevant provisions such as confidentiality, firefighting and archives management.

Article 9. The municipal mapping administrative authorities are responsible for the approval of the use of information on the whole city area, the cross-zones and the associated military facilities, the military-critical sector-related results-based mapping; the regional, district and district mapping administrative authorities are responsible for the approval of other material related to the results of the mapping of basic maps within the Territory and will report on the clearance process to the municipal authorities at the end of each quarter.

The use of prefabricated results-based mapping materials approved by the national mapping authorities should be carried out in accordance with the relevant national provisions.

Article 10 requires the use of the results of the prefabricated base mapping in the State or in other provinces, autonomous areas, municipalities in which they are subject to a certificate from the municipal mapping administrative authorities for the processing of the approval process by the administrative authorities or the mapping of results sites.

Article 11 provides external mapping results that should be conducted in accordance with the prescribed procedures to the municipal mapping administrative authorities for the processing of the clearance process, and be coordinated by the municipal mapping administrative authorities. With regard to military facilities and the military-critical sectors, municipal mapping administrative authorities should seek advice from the relevant military departments prior to approval.

Article 12, which has been approved with regard to the results of the mapping, shall not be replicated or transferred to other units and individuals.

Article 14. The registry should be kept in the long term.

Article 15 monitors relevant activities, such as the use of mapped results, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the conservative National Secret Act of the People's Republic of China.

Article 16 provides for remunerated use of results, with the exception specified in this approach. The costing criteria for the use of mapping results are implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State and the city.

Other mapping results completed by basic mapping results and fiscal investment should be made available without compensation for the decision-making and social public goods of national organs.

People's governments at all levels of the city and their relevant sectors and military needs for public interest, such as disaster prevention, mitigation, defence-building, can use results without compensation.

Significant geo-information data should be published in a uniform manner. Key geo-information data in the city are published by the municipal mapping administrative authorities after the approval of the Government of the people of the city, in addition to the fact that the law should be published by the State.

No other units or individuals may unauthorizedly publish significant geo-information data in the city.

Article 18 requires the use of important geo-information data in activities that affect the public in society, such as administration, dissemination of information, external communication, teaching, scientific research and so forth.

Article 19, paragraph 2, of the present approach provides that the quality of the results of the mapping is not qualified, supplemented or recalculated by a mapping administrative authority responsible for the mapping of the painting units; in serious circumstances, the suspension of the operation by law, the reduction of the level of qualifications until the cancellation of the award of the quality of the painting; the loss of the user and the liability under the law.

Article 20, in violation of article 17 of this approach, provides for the unauthorized publication of important geo-information data in this city, which is being redirected by the Mapping of Administrative Authorities, warnings that are punishable by a fine of more than 10,000 dollars; and that it is lawfully disposed of by law to the competent and other direct responsible personnel.

Article 21 violates the provisions of this approach by leaking the results of the mapping, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the conservative National Secret Act of the People's Republic of China.

Article 2, in violation of this approach, provides for payment of royalties beyond the standard of payment for results-based mapping established by the State and the city, which is punishable by law by the price authorities.

Article 23 of this approach is implemented effective 1 October 2012. On 7 January 1992, the Government of the People's Government of the city of Zenzi, revised the publication on 3 September 1997 by the Government of the People's Government of the city of Narzin, which was again revised on 30 June 2004 and repealed at the same time (Peace Order No. 68 of 2004).
