Chapter I General

Article 1, in order to avoid and mitigate the damage caused by meteorological disasters, protect the security of the life of the people and develop this approach in line with the laws, regulations and regulations of the People's Republic of China, the Meteorological Disaster Defence Regulations.

Article 10

Chapter III Early warning and emergency response

Article 14. Meteorological disasters are subject to sub-level early warning in accordance with their types, development dynamics and potential hazards.

Article 23 is divided into four levels according to the level of wind power:

(ii) Adheral early warning (III): an average wind strength of 7 to 8 years is projected for the next 24 hours of land, or an average temperature of 9 to 10 nautical miles in the shore area;

(iii) Aorange early warning (II): an average wind strength of 9 to 10 years is projected for the next 24 hours of land, or an average wind of 11 to 12 terrain in the shore area;

(iv) Trilator early warning (tier I): it is expected that there will be an average wind power over ten levels over the next 24 hours of land, or an average wind of more than twelve levels in the tropolitan area.

Article 24: Blue warning response:

Section III

Article 28 is divided into four levels in accordance with rainfall and minimum temperatures:

(ii) Pretrial warning (III): an average temperature of 48 hours or a minimum temperature decrease of more than 12°C over the next 48 hours, with a minimum temperature of 0°C;

(iii) Arange early warning (II): an average temperature of 48 hours or a minimum temperature decrease of 16°C over the next 48 hours is projected, with the lowest temperature being equal to 4°C;

(iv) Hearning (I level): it is anticipated that an average temperature of 48 hours or a minimum temperature decrease of more than 18°C over the next 48-hour period would be equal to 4°C.

Article 29: Blue warning response:

The heads of the provincial-level people's government are responsible for the implementation of the organization responsible for the response to this administrative regional response.

Section IV

Section V

(ii) Red early warning (tier I): it is expected that more than 40°C will take place in the next 24 hours.

Article 337 Early warning response:

The heads of the provincial-level people's government are responsible for the implementation of the organization responsible for the response to this administrative regional response.

Chapter IV Legal responsibility
