Module-based management approach to health care in the city of Klini

(Summit No. 49th Standing Committee of 15 January 2013 of the Government of the Turkmen Government considered the adoption of Order No. 119 of 28 January 2013, which had been implemented effective 10 March 2013)

Article 1, in order to promote the employment of blind people, regulates the management of blind people's health as a result of the laws, regulations and regulations, such as the People's Republic of China Disability Guarantee Act, the Employment of Persons with Disabilities Regulations, and develops this approach in the light of the practical provisions of this city.

The second approach applies to a proportion of blind people in the city's administration.

Article 3 of the Union of Persons with Disabilities (hereinafter referred to as city maiming) is the competent authority of the Blind in this city to organize and oversee the implementation of this approach. Districts (markets) are responsible for the specific management of the health of the blind people in the Territory's mobile industry; the employment services of persons with disabilities affiliated to the city, the district (market) sector are responsible for the health of the blind people in the service of the motor industry.

The sectors such as business, tax, health, human resources and social security are managed in the context of their respective responsibilities by the Braille industry.

Article IV provides for the establishment of a Braille health-care institution and shall apply to the location's maiming coalition for the identification of the health of blind people in the city of Klini and in accordance with the following conditions:

(i) There are fixed operating locations where the area of operation is not less than 10 square meters, at least two beds and the corresponding generator-level supplies;

(ii) Blindians should reach more than 25 per cent of practitioners;

(iii) There are the necessary sanitation cleaning and poisoning facilities at a mobile facility.

It should take a decision for approval within five working days from the date of receipt of the application. In accordance with conditions, a certificate of nuclear eligibility; incompatible with conditions, a decision not to be approved and justified.

Article 5 Applications for a certificate of eligibility for health care in the city of Knowledg, which shall provide the following material:

(i) The housing lease contract in the place of operation, which is made available by the operator as an operating place;

(ii) The identity of practitioners;

(iii) The People's Republic of China's Occupational Eligibility Certificate (Health-Master) by Motor;

(iv) “The People's Republic of China Disabled People's Republic of China” by Momb.

Article 6. Blind health in the Klini City is obtained as a result of a certificate of qualifications of the Moctar, which allows the operation to be carried out within the approved operational framework, in accordance with the regulations governing the conduct of business and tax sectors.

Article 7. The certificate of eligibility for health care for blind people in the city of Kyi is implemented by the licensee. Blind health should be submitted to the materials provided for in article 5 of this approach when the MEA participates in the review.

The certificate of eligibility for the health of blind people in the city of Kyi is compiled by MOFA.

Article 8 Blind health care is subject to suspension or change of address by a motor agency and shall apply to the author(s) sector for procedures.

Article 9. Relevant preferential policies should be implemented in the relevant sectors, such as maiming, business, tax, health, human resources and social security.

Article 10 encourages mobile service industries, such as hotels, restaurants, bathrooms, etc., to prioritize the employment of blind people in accordance with the provisions on employment for persons with disabilities in the city of Kymin.

Article 11. Employment services for persons with disabilities are responsible for the development of training programmes for blind people in the city and for training and participation in skills identification.

The Employment Service of Persons with Disabilities in the District (Central) is responsible for organizing employment requirements within the statutory age of employment and for the participation of blind people who are eligible for health care in vocational skills training.

Article 12 Blind health is one of the following conditions in the operation of the Momocian, which is modified by the deadline for the issuance of evidence-based orders; in the event of a serious write-off of the certificate of eligibility for the health of blind people in the city of Klin:

Article 13, concerning the abuse of authority, negligence, infrastructural fraud by management and its staff in the management of the Braille industry, is governed by the law; constitutes an offence and criminal liability by law.

Article 14. Blind health is governed by law by the law of the authorities and their practitioners.

Article 15. This approach has been implemented effective 10 March 2013, and the Queen Minors' Health is being abolished as a Motoral Approach (Stample [2000]68) effective 1 January 2001.
