Implementation of regulations for the construction of kindergartens in small schools in the city

(Adopted by Decree No. 116 of 27 February 2012 by the Government of the Live People's Government, No. 116 of 1 April 2012)

Article 1 establishes this rule in conjunction with my city's actual practice, in order to implement the Regulations on the Planning of Predicts in Small Schools in the Lyll City (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations).

Article 2

Article 9, paragraph 1, of the Regulations provides for the transfer of places of use for non-profit schools and kindergarten construction.

Article 10 Governments of municipalities, districts (communes, districts) should create conditions for the progressive upgrading of small schools in the old area and the use of kindergartens to meet the medium- and medium-sized schools developed in the new area, as well as standards for kindergartens.

Article 11. The urban and rural planning administration should be organized in the preparation of detailed control planning, with small schools approved by the Ministry of Homeland Resources, the education administration sector, the specific location of kindergartens and the boundaries and strict control.

Article 12. The urban and rural planning administrations should be based on the specific planning and operation of small schools, the expansion of kindergartens, or increased work of small schools, kindergartens, in line with the approval of urban demolitions, the renovation planning of old areas.

Article 13. Article 14. The municipal education administration should set standards for secondary schools, kindergartens and kindergartens, in line with the relevant administrations such as urban development and reform, urban and rural planning, land resources, and finance, in accordance with small schools, the specific planning of kindergartens and national provisions, the design, construction of kindergartens, norms and standards, and the development of small schools in line with the actual development of education in my city.

Article 15. Article 17 encourages the social forces to plan small schools, kindergartens, in accordance with specialized schools and kindergartens.

Article 21
