(Adopted by Decree No. 116 of 27 February 2012 by the Government of the Live People's Government, No. 116 of 1 April 2012)

Article 1 establishes this rule in conjunction with my city's actual practice, in order to implement the Regulations on the Planning of Predicts in Small Schools in the Lyll City (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations).

Article 2

Article 3. Municipal, district (communication), the People's Government of the Gigilit region should prepare, revise and plan specific to the city's small schools, kindergartens, in line with the overall urban planning, development planning and development.

Article IV provides for the development and revision of detailed urban control planning by the urban and rural planning administration sector, in accordance with the specific planning of small schools, kindergartens and requests the views of the urban education administration.

Article 5

Article 6. In the preparation, revision of specialized planning for small schools and kindergartens, the number and size of kindergartens should be approved in accordance with the criteria for no less than 3.2 persons per household.

Article 7. Governments of municipalities, districts and territories should organize, on a biennial basis, a comprehensive review of the planning of small schools, kindergartens, etc. administrations such as urban and rural planning, education, land resources, and report to the General Assembly Standing Committee on behalf of the same people.

The following criteria should be met with the following criteria:

(i) Secondary schools, kindergartens developed in the new area, with secondary school students not less than 20 square meters, with no less than 15 square meters, and kindergartens living on less than 13 square meters;

(ii) Sub-primary schools, kindergartens and secondary school students are not less than 15 square meters in the old area, with no fewer than 10 square meters in the school area and no less than 10 square meters in kindergartens;

(iii) Secondary vocational schools should be subject to adequate standards of living.

Article 9, paragraph 1, of the Regulations provides for the transfer of places of use for non-profit schools and kindergarten construction.

Article 10 Governments of municipalities, districts (communes, districts) should create conditions for the progressive upgrading of small schools in the old area and the use of kindergartens to meet the medium- and medium-sized schools developed in the new area, as well as standards for kindergartens.

Article 11. The urban and rural planning administration should be organized in the preparation of detailed control planning, with small schools approved by the Ministry of Homeland Resources, the education administration sector, the specific location of kindergartens and the boundaries and strict control.

Article 12. The urban and rural planning administrations should be based on the specific planning and operation of small schools, the expansion of kindergartens, or increased work of small schools, kindergartens, in line with the approval of urban demolitions, the renovation planning of old areas.

Article 13. The development and reform of the administration should incorporate small schools in cities, kindergarten construction into local economic development plans in accordance with the urbanization process and trends in urban population growth, as well as prioritized arrangements at the time of the establishment.

Article 14. The municipal education administration should set standards for secondary schools, kindergartens and kindergartens, in line with the relevant administrations such as urban development and reform, urban and rural planning, land resources, and finance, in accordance with small schools, the specific planning of kindergartens and national provisions, the design, construction of kindergartens, norms and standards, and the development of small schools in line with the actual development of education in my city.

The criteria for the conduct of small schools and kindergartens should be focused on reflecting the cultural characteristics of the city's education, focusing on environmental energy efficiency and savings.

Article 15. The education administration sector in the city, district and district (market, district) should be accompanied by the development and reform of the current level and the financial administration sector, including through the preparation of a mid-year school, kindergartenB-specific planning and local planning by October of the year, and the preparation of the annual construction plan for kindergartens, with the consent of the current people's Government, to include the Government's investment plan.

Article 16, the Government of the city is responsible for the establishment of schools at the high school level in the urban area; the Government of the people of the region (excluding the Gigiri area) is responsible for the establishment of schools and kindergartens in all districts in the city; and district (markets), the Government of the People's Republic of the Gigilit region is responsible for the establishment of small schools within the current administrative region and the organization of kindergartens.

Article 17 encourages the social forces to plan small schools, kindergartens, in accordance with specialized schools and kindergartens.

Article 18-building projects provide that construction units should be accompanied by the construction of small schools, kindergartens, which should be synchronized with construction projects, synchronized construction and synchronized delivery.

The construction of a sub-project build-up, which is accompanied by small schools and kindergartens should be synchronized with the first construction project.

Article 19 Housing and urban-rural-building administrations should monitor and manage small schools, kindergartens in accordance with national and provincial standards.

Article 20 Small schools, the construction of kindergartens, should be informed of the involvement of the education administration.

Article 21

The Government of the people of the city, the city, the district and the district should implement the preferential policies of the CSO schools in areas such as land use, construction, taxation and the implementation of incentives to support the development of education.

The Government has been transferred to the Government of the people of the city, the district (communes, districts) within 20 working days of the eligibility of small schools, kindergartens.

Article 22 does not obtain a licence for construction of engineering planning or violates the construction of small schools, kindergartens, which are punishable by law by the urban and rural planning administration and reordered.

Article XXIII, which accounts for small schools, kindergarten planning places, is punishable by law and responsibly by the land resources administration.

Article 24 allows for a change in the specific planning of the approved small schools, the kindergarten Buddddh, which is being converted by the same-level people's Government and is subject to the administrative disposition of the responsible person in accordance with the law; constitutes an offence and is criminally criminalized by law.
