(Consideration at the 19th Standing Conference of the Fifteenth People's Government of San Francisco, 12 September 2013, of the adoption of the amendment to the “Prevention and management of tuberculosis in mountainous cities”, the San Francisco Patriotic Health Management Approach, which was introduced from the date of publication of the amendment to the provisional methodology for the collection of royalties to the municipality of San Francisco, effective 1 April 2014.

Article 2, paragraph 2, amends to “the city, the district (market) tuberculosis control institutions are responsible for the prevention and operation of tuberculosis in the region and assume specific work such as tuberculosis monitoring”.

Means of health management of patriotics in mountainous municipalities

In article 8, “continuation of a combination of articles and modification by name” is “to uphold professional guidance, territorialization management”.

An increase in Article 11, namely: “The communes (communes), the people's Government should work in the context of communes (communes), village planning, integrated water transformations, toilets and sanitation, improved rural sanitation quality, contested sanitation (communes), health villages”.

An increase in Article 12, namely: “The Street Office shall organize, mobilize units within the community and communities to carry out activities to create health streets, healthy communities and health models”.

An increase in article 13, namely: “The Community, the People's Committee in the Village shall establish a sanitation convention to protect the environment together”.

In article 16, delete “the prohibition of the dying of livestock in the street”.

Delete article 24, paragraph 3: “When streets dominate livestock, are converted by a sanitary administrative order and are fined by more than 100 million yen”.

Delete article 25: “In violation of article 17 of this approach, the suspension of the health administration is subject to a fine of up to 100 million dollars.”

In addition, the provisions of the present Regulations are adjusted accordingly in accordance with the above amendments.
