Modalities for the management of the gates of the SAutonomous Region

Chapter I General

Article 1 ensures the safe operation of the ship's gates (including shipboards, water slopes) in accordance with the National People's Republic of China's Road Safety Regulations and relevant legal regulations such as the Regulations on the management of navigationalways in the Wider Self-Government Zone, and develops this approach in the light of the actual operation of this self-government area.

Article 2, this approach applies to the construction, operation, maintenance and supervision of the vessel' gates in the administrative area of the self-government zone.

Article 3 Transport authorities in the self-government area are responsible for the administration of the vessel's gates, and their subsidiaries perform specific management functions. The relevant sectors and institutions, such as water, public safety, maritime, are jointly responsible for the management of ship gates.

Chapter II

Article IV Review of the feasibility study of the ship gateway shall seek the views of the relevant sectors and institutions, such as transport, water, fisheries and maritime. The initial design and construction map design of the ship gates should have the consent of the transport authorities in the self-government area.

Article 5 The ship gate construction programme must be implemented by the IOMS to review its consent.

Chapter III

Chapter V

Chapter VI Maintenance and inspection of ship gates
