Article 1, in order to strengthen urban outflow management, to ensure that post-cush urban roads are accessible, transport safety and environmental integrity, and to develop this approach in line with the relevant provisions of the State and the province.

The solution is applicable to urban outflows in the cities of the Great Lakes Region, the West, the Sha River region, the Gang Basin region (hereinafter referred to as the four areas of the city) and the cities of other areas and (market) districts, which can be implemented in the light of this approach.

Article 3. The Urban Indict Command, established by the Government of the city, is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the screening of urban outflows within the city, with specific work being carried out by urban construction authorities.

The urban outskirts Command, established by the Government of the people of the four districts of the city, is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the screening of urban outflows in this administrative region, which is responsible for the same-level urban construction authorities, and the Office is responsible for coordinating the management of urban outflows in the region.

In accordance with their respective responsibilities, the relevant sectors of the city's Government are responsible for the management of work related to urban extermination.

Article IV. Cities, in addition to the Government's unity organization, are governed by sub-level management and are responsible for the regional approach of professionalization and socialization.

Article 5

Article 6. Urban exclusion is divided according to the following provisions:

(i) A, secondary roads (including tunnel tunnels) and square brackets, bridges (comparable bridges, inter rivers or sea bridges, man-day bridges, ground bridges, high bridges and other bridges) are vested with specialized units such as sanitation operations;

Article 7. The municipality, the Regional Department of Urban Exclusive Command should organize street offices by 30 October of each year, delineating the area of responsibility for the removal of snow under article 6 of this approach. In addition to the crossroads of the snow responsibility region, the street offices concerned have divergent views, which are determined by the Regional Department of Urban Exclusive Command; the cross-market area of responsibility, with differing opinions from the town of the town concerned.

Article 8

(i) Net removal within twelve hours;

It is prohibited to defray the dumping of garbage, garbage and garbage containers, public toilets and public facilities.

Article 10. The use of blends should be used to use environmental or products consistent with national, provincial, municipal and municipal provisions, and to arrange for the transmission of professionals by the Ministry of Urban Excise Command. (iii) The use of non-environmental or incompatibility with national, provincial, municipal-level, and the possible corruption of municipal utilities, damage to trees and greenings, and the removal of chemical goods from the contaminated environment.

Article 14. Urban-building authorities, street offices do not carry out their responsibilities under this approach, are rectified by the Royal People's Government, or by the urban construction authorities of the Government of the High-level People's Government, to inform the critics that the direct responsible supervisors and other direct responsibilities are treated by law.

Article 15. This approach has been implemented since the date of publication. The Government of the Greater Municipalities (No. 6 February 1994]8) was published, 31 December 1997 (Recommendations No. [1997]111) and the Greater Urban Transmission Management Approach, as amended by Decree No. 82 of 26 November 2006 of the Government of the Grand City.
