In order to simplify the administrative approval process and enhance the efficiency of administrative approval, the Government of the city decided to:

Receipt approval is given to the General High School in the municipality within the framework of the Supreme Remuneration Standards, the office of the secondary vocational school (other than the higher vocational education specialised in secondary vocational schools), which is delegated to the Industrial Accrue Supervision Authority and the municipal financial offices.

The Industrial Price Monitoring Authority and the Municipal Finance Bureau should strengthen the management of the matter entrusted with approval, improve the internal approval process, implement the responsibility for approval at a level and report regularly to the municipalities.

This decision is implemented from the date of publication.
