As requested by the provincial Government, I have fully cleared the regulations of the Government and decided to repeal a number of regulations (see annex 1 Regulations Governing the Abolition of them), decide to modify in due course a set of regulations (see annex 2 to the Regulations as amended at the time of the decision) and make it available for the continuation of effective regulations (see annex 3 to the Regulations Governing the Reservations).
