Honron Tobourne and electromagnetic environmental protection regulations

(Actual meeting of the Honoural People's Government, held on 14 October 2013, through Decree No. 11 of 5 November 2013, published on 1 January 2014.

Chapter I General

In order to protect the net air and electromagnetic environment of the International Airport of Honourne (hereinafter referred to as Honour Airport) and ensure flight safety, in line with the provisions of the Civil Aviation Act of the People's Republic of China, the Civil Airport Regulation, the Radio Management Regulations of the People's Republic of China, this provision is developed in the light of the legal regulations such as the Honour airport.

Article 2 protects the net air and electromagnetic environment of precious airports in the city's administration.

Article 3 The provincial-level government within the context of the clean air and electromagnetic environmental protection of precious airports (hereinafter referred to as the Hazard People's Government at the location of precious airport) is governed by law.

In accordance with their respective responsibilities, the sectors such as transport, planning, public safety, finance, land, housing, urban management (integrative law enforcement), environmental protection, telecommunications, radio management are equipped with a net air condition and electromagnetic environmental protection at the airport.

Introduction

Article 7. Article 9 prohibits, in addition to activities prohibited under article 8, the following activities:

(i) Construction of avian breeding area;

(ii) To cultivate holes;

(iii) Air model flights;

(iv) smoking, fire;

(v) Storage of explosive items.

Article 10 shall not set open-ended garbage sites that may attract birds and other animals, within eight kilometres and eight kilometres from the two sides of the Honour airport.

Article 11 implements a man-made rain operation in the area of net air conditioning at valuable airfields and should declare operational airfields and operational time limits to the civil aviation air traffic control sector. Article 15. Chapter III

Chapter IV
