(Adopted by the 36th ordinary meeting of the Government of the Hasarhama on 4 April 2014, No. 1 of the Order of the People's Government of the city of Hamila on 4 April 2005)

The Government of the city has decided to amend the regulations of the four Governments, such as the High-level Construction and Regional Restruction Facilities Management for the Street Buildings, as follows:

I. Delete article 9 of the High-level Construction and Emphasis Regional Pastery Management Provisions of the Harahama City.

Article 12 should be changed to Article 11, with the following modifications: “The property rights unit or the use of persons to change, move and dismantle the lighting facilities in the building shall be in accordance with the standards set out in Article 8 of this Article.”

Replace article 16 with article 15, paragraph 2, with the following amendment: “(ii) does not design a lighting facility in accordance with the criteria set out in Article 8 of this Article, the time limit shall be reintroduced in accordance with the prescribed criteria and may be subject to a fine of up to $50 million for the responsible person”; and the third amendment reads as follows: “(iii) the property rights unit or the use of a person to change, movement, dismantlement of the light facility shall not be in accordance with the standard set out in Article 8 of this Article, the period of time shall be subject to a fine of more than 1000.

Delete article 18, article 19.

Delete article 16, paragraph 2, and article 39, paragraph 1.

Article 11, paragraph 2, of the provisional approach to the management of the gateway in the city of Halkohama was amended to read: “The special situation must be adjusted and the local gate-line construction units should provide an account of the urban and rural construction of administrative authorities by 20 June each year, and the urban and rural construction of administrative authorities would be adjusted to the relevant sectors.”

Delete Article 7, 13, 25, and article 28 of the Metropolitan River approach to tourism management.

In addition, the individual language and the order of provisions are adjusted accordingly.

This decision is implemented since the date of publication.

In accordance with this decision, the High-level Construction and Empretecing Facility Management of the Carahama Municipal Economic Explicit Housing Management Approach to the Administration of Roads in the city of Harhama has been released in accordance with this decision.
