In order to further deepen the reform of the administrative approval system, to optimize the development environment in my city, to remove 34 provisions, decentralization, 6 municipal matters, and to make them public, in accordance with the provisions of relevant legislation and national and provincial deployments, in accordance with the provisions of the National People's Republic of China Administrative Accreditation Act.

All relevant departments and units should be carefully organized, in accordance with the publication of the matter of approval, to be centralized and not subject to approval of matters other than this decision, without unauthorized authorization of new clearance matters, the scope and attribute of the application of the approval project to the extent that it applies. Following the publication of this decision, the approval of the executive body, which was established and adjusted in accordance with the legal regulations, should be submitted to the municipal authorities' rule of law. Unconditionally centralized procedures may be followed by the approval of the approval system to ensure effective oversight of the approval process.

The municipal rule of law sector should strengthen operational guidance and clearance, which would regulate the process of approval, compress the time frame and improve efficiency, along with the elements of the process of clearance, declarations, procedures, processing time frames, etc. The municipal inspection, the Government's rule of law sector should strengthen the oversight, management, accountability system, greater accountability, and provide timely guidance on the problems identified in the process of replication and seriously address violations.
