Found to be in breach of the design documentation for construction, shall promptly notify the building, construction and supervision units. 25th reconnaissance and design units should participate in the railway construction project quality accident analysis, and propose appropriate technical solutions.

The fourth chapter construction quality responsibility and obligation 27th construction units shall, within the scope permitted by their level of qualification contract for railway construction works.
Construction units shall not subcontract, illegal subcontracting engineering, labor service, must comply with national and relevant regulations of the Ministry of labor subcontracting.
28th construction units must strictly enforce the relevant laws, rules and regulations, strict implementation of engineering construction compulsory standard, in accordance with the relevant regulations, codes, standards and examination of construction drawings, responsible for construction quality. Test results must be true and accurate, and according to the regulations to test acknowledgment and keep the test data. 61st railway staff or railway construction project quality supervision and management in supervision and management of dereliction of duty, abuse of power, favoritism does not constitute a crime shall be ordered to correct and shall be given administrative sanctions constitutes a crime, and handed over to judicial organs for criminal responsibility according to law.
