    21st prohibits operation without a permit or not permit production strain; prohibited to forge, alter, buy or lease the edible fungus production and operation license. 22nd strains in the production unit and individual shall, according to the Ministry of Agriculture of the edible fungus production technology regulation of production and establishment of strain production files, stated the location, time, quantity, media, culture conditions, strain source, operation, technical manager, inspection records, strain the flow and so on.

    Species import and export approval is valid for 3 months.
    31st article import and export species shall comply with the following conditions: (a) strains resources belonging to the national import and export permit; (b) strains of quality to the State standards or industrial standards, (iii) species names, types, quantity, country of origin and other relevant real complete and (iv) other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.
    Strains of 32nd applied for import and export units and individuals shall submit the following documents: (a) the edible fungus production and operation license copies, copies of business licenses and import and export trade certificate, (ii) description of edible mushroom varieties (iii) eligible for article 31st of other supporting documents.
