Third article this rules by said civil aviation meteorological personnel, is refers to engaged in civil aviation meteorological work of following personnel: (a) engaged in civil aviation meteorological observation work of personnel (following referred to meteorological observation member); (ii) engaged in civil aviation meteorological forecast and the related service work of personnel (following referred to meteorological forecast member); (three) engaged in civil aviation meteorological automatically observation equipment, and meteorological radar, detection equipment and meteorological information system run maintenance work of personnel (following referred to meteorological locomotive member). Fourth meteorological personnel licensing are engaged in civil aviation weather observation, weather forecasting and forecasting services, meteorological equipment maintenance qualification certificate.
Licence holders may engage in the duties specified in their licences.
Civil aviation weather services meteorologists meteorological personnel licence holder, before engaging in appropriate weather observations, weather forecasts or meteorological equipment operation and maintenance work.
Non-civil aviation weather services meteorologists, meteorological personnel licence holder, may engage in related consulting services for aviation weather forecasts.
Teaching staff engaged in civil aviation meteorological service knowledge, you can apply for meteorological personnel licensing.
Article fifth meteorological personnel licensing into weather observation, weather forecasting, meteorological automatic observation equipment maintenance, weather radar engineering and meteorology information system maintenance, and other professionals. (Three) meteorological observation professional of applicants should has meteorological professional college (containing) above degree, meteorological forecast professional of applicants should has meteorological professional University undergraduate (containing) above degree, meteorological locomotive professional of applicants should has related professional University undergraduate (containing) above degree; (four) meet this rules eighth article provides of business experience; (five) holds this rules Nineth article, and tenth article provides of effective of meteorological personnel license exam (following referred to license exam) qualified certificate;
(F) participate in the provisions of the Civil Aviation Administration of pre-service training, and training certificates. VIII article applicants should has following business experience: (a) meteorological observation professional of applicants in holding as meteorological observation member led Xia, participate in many Yu six months of aviation meteorological observation internship; (ii) meteorological forecast professional of applicants in holding as meteorological observation member led Xia, participate in many Yu three months of aviation meteorological observation internship; in holding as meteorological forecast member led Xia, participate in many Yu six months of aviation meteorological forecast internship; (three) meteorological locomotive professional of applicants in corresponding of holding as meteorological locomotive member led Xia,
Participate in the professional's practice of not less than six months.
Non-civil aviation meteorological service meteorological professionals, engaged in civil aviation meteorological work of professional knowledge and teaching personnel, when they apply for meteorological personnel licensing, business experience requirements set forth in the preceding paragraph.
