13th article import veterinary medicine sales agents identified by the foreign enterprises, adjustments, and report to the Department of agriculture records.
Foreign companies should be imported veterinary drugs sales agent contract with the agents, clear proxy matters.
Article 14th overseas enterprises in China to determine two or more distributors of imported biological products for animal uses, agents can only import veterinary Biologics sold directly to farmers, farm, animal clinics, such as users, shall not determine the dealer sales. Foreign enterprises in China to identify an agent selling imported veterinary Biologics, agents can proxy products are sold directly to the consumer, can also determine the dealer sales products.
