The national tourism administration and the Ministry of Commerce on the repeal of the provisional regulations on the establishment of foreign holding and wholly foreign-owned travel agencies such as regulatory decisions

    (October 11, 2009 the national tourism administration and the Ministry of Commerce released 31st come into force on the date of promulgation) in order to further comprehensively promoting administration according to law, protect the travel agents Ordinance (promulgated by Decree No. 550) accurate and successful implementation, the national tourism administration and the Ministry of Commerce has now resolved to internal regulations of abolition of 3 (annex).
