Offshore petroleum safety management rules

    (September 7, 2009, State administration of work safety announced on December 1, 2009, 25th execution) Chapter I General provisions

    28th helicopters taking off and landing should be managed in accordance with the following provisions:

    (D) in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State, emergency rescue procedures.

    (A) to accommodate all production personnel;

    Article 32nd Beach land, sea and shore duty vehicles shall comply with the following provisions:

    (A) accept Beach land and offshore oil facilities, head of operations command, not allowed to enter or leave;

    (B) equipped with communication tools at any moment and beach land-sea offshore oil facilities and the land bank base calls;

    (C) to accommodate the beach sea offshore oil facilities in the service of all the staff, and with 100% life jackets;

    (D) in complex situations such as emergency rescue and evacuation operations;

    (E) participate in Beach land and sea rescue drill on the offshore oil facilities.
